June 25, 2004 Leaving tomorrow. Maryland, crabs, camp, studying, being hot, having ACs (I still cannot get over that one), being happy, being sad... WHich also means packing, saying goodbye to my computer, cursing at the cliffie fics, running around in the rain, buying phone cards (there are NONE around. Except at CVS, and maybe 7 11.) Went to WEst POint to see a retirement ceremony of my mom's old classmate's little sister's husband's. NOt kidding. Nice outdoor thing. Was interesting, especailly the part when it started raining really hard during his speech. Memories of last year....the ceremony was at Trophy POint, the really nice scenic view thing with the Hudson. Unfortuneately, couldn't go to the party. Bye. June 24, 2004 THree weeks. Three weeks of no computers.... Graduation was okay. Really nice weather. Saw Mr. Khouri, Mr. Solomon (buggy eyes, heart attack, etc.), other people, alumni, other people, lots of people in blue robes and caps....were they the graduating class? o yes...officer carrol (remeber...dare...) Only played the first repeat four or five times. And THAT was the small class....i feel really bad for the current fifth graders....or soon to be sixth graders....the incoming seventh grade is reportedly (and probably correctedly) the biggest ever to hit edgemont (vision of stampeding seventh graders taking over school...ok too much coffee) current music stuck in head: prelude and mazurka from Coppelia (which the ABT is doing right now, btw) HA bet you can't find another person who has classical music in their head. June 23, 2004 Packing packing. I never knew I had so much stuff that I needed for three short weeks. At least, I hope they'll be short, but they're going to be over too soon. La la...rereading Harry Potter 5...mmmm bleargh...la bleeee.....peah peah peah! groomba.... June 18, 2004 Do you ever get the feeling that time is whizzing by too fast and you want to dig in your heels and try to pull it back? Camp is in a week.... June 16, 2004 Reflections on summer....I woke up this morning and I thought, why didn't my alarm clock go off? What time is it anyway? Am I going to be late for school? Wait...NO SCHOOL!! So I promptly rolled over and went to sleep again. I keep on getting the feeling that school is not over. My finger twitches spasmodically whenever I see a vocab word, I think, Must remember that for next SS smackdown... Rereading Harry Potter. Finger twitching. "Don't be stupid, it's a flying house!" ALso ventured into HP fanfiction, and would like to remark that I'm very, very scared. What's with the Remus/Sirius? ALso summaries that contain the words, "ANOTHER fic on Harry's suicide..." Snape becoming pregnant, Ron/Harry, Draco/everyone, Sirious and James coming back (wishful thinking)...could go on forever. This morning, also had an almost civilized convo about HP. My aunt thinks it would be really funny if VOldemort killed Harry in the 6th and harry came back as a ghost. My mom is convinced that Ron will finish Harry off, due to jealousy. I am the only one that has a spark of positive thinking and believes Harry might live, but would prefer to see him die. June 12, 2004 If you call my name out loud, do you suppose that I would come running, do you suppose I'd come at all... SO yesterday my comp went screwy and died, so everything i didn't save got deleted....but i added anyway. WOw it's longer than the Hidalgo one. June 11, 2004 One more left... BUm bum da dum dum da daaaaaaaaaaaaa dum, bum ba da dum da dummmm...(Hedwig's theme....I *heart* John Williams..) *5 hours later* just saw Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban. Twas fun...ny. John Williams....(see above). Umm...Aunt Marge blowing up was good, Harry on the Knight Bus..."why the long faces?" hehehe....not enough Hedwig, not enough Crookshanks, not enough SEAN BIGGERSTAFF ("we think he's trying to drown himself in the showers") and what's with the goggles? Dementors were sufficientlly spooky (*cough*totalripofffromlotr) lol jk, and what were they doing flying around like that? The mouth was good (speaking about mouths the Mouth of Sauron better be in the extended edition of the dvd!) Sirius' WANTED poster was not cool, it was funny....Lupin's moustache HAS to go....since when was there a huge river in front of Hogwarts? Lake, yes. THe Hudson, no. (c) Nishey. And the bridge thing. Some people think it was too natury.....that leaf taking five years to fall to the ground...how come no one was wearing wizard's robes? I liked hermione's outfits...."that felt good." "good? that was brilliant!"...the Hermione/ron thing and the Harry/Hermione thing...Marauder's Map....Harry never found out who Moony Wormtail Prongs and Padfoot was...whoever's doing the next movie is going to have a problem putting that in... or it's speaking about Prongs HELLO THE PATRONUS IS A STAG! A STAG! NOT SOME BLOODY SHIELD THINGATHINGY! Ha. That felt good. Peter/the ratman was disgusting...good...all his lines were intact...the WHomping WIllow scene with Hermione and Harry was HILARIOUS...couldn't stop laughing...evil cockroach...Buckbeak was cool...not enough Quidditch or McGonagall....Snape was good, but he was scarier in the first two..."turn to page three hundred and ninety four" the window-closing thingy was coool...OKay how is it I never saw the theatrical trailer?!?!? WEll anyway just saw it now and it looks better than the movie...trelawney was good, esp. her glases.."BROADEN YOUR MINDS"....Malfoy grew a great amount over one summer...his hair was really fake. The other malfoy was cuter, and therefore not evil enough...we can see the lack of anger management appearing...in the trailer that part with harry loooking at his parents' picutre was really sad...since when is there a huge pedulum/clock in the entrance hall? Blatant symbolism right there....somehting wicked this way comes? the chorus?..."My dad's coming....he conjured up the Patronus...he's coming...." "YOU"RE BOTH DYING" "ANy second now...."....the credits were good, the map theme...is there a stink bomb store? in Hogwarts? The logo at the end was clever...makes you feel like you sat through 2.5 hours of unimportance, and the REAL movie starts then...."Mischief managed. Nox." June 6, 2004 Studying for finals...yay. Finals finals finals, yum. Two more days of school...wow. WHere did this year go? I remember thinking that I would never get used to it being winter...and now its summer again. Or almost summer. THe weather doesn't show it. Lol in a Respectus from the 80s..."It is better to have wrestled and lost than to have played basketball." (Not that I"m a huge wrestling fan....if you don't get it -shame...we wrote an essay on the quote last year...) Three weeks to camp. Help. June 3, 2004 Good job to everyone at the awards thingy! SS test! Fun fun fun fun fun. At least its over. Spanish listening tomorrow, science presentation, english quiz, home ec presentation...? Harry Potter 3 comes out tomorrow...saw the nickelodeon thing with Daniel and Emma and the hippogriff part. June 2, 2004 THE &%$%*# POPUPS!!! My computer obviously hates me...a lot...and Pagebuilder isn't working so I'm going to have to type this over again. SS finals tomorrow! Yay! Makes me happy! Makes me puke! Makes me study for three hours! (That is the longest I have ever studied for any test. Except maybe SATs, and they don't count.) Saw new Kingdom of Heaven pics...I think there's exactly a year left...AAARRGH too long too long too long Anyway some where Orlando's running (hot), sitting on a horse (hot), cuddling a cute dog (cute- Orlando...and the dog), and one where he's drinking some drink (erm...hot...I guess). But in the last one he has this bleeding gash on the side of his face...hehehe. Another abstinence thing with KoH? I think I would die…w/e I'll just spoil it for myself... Speaking of spoilers I saw a pic with Aragorn and Faramir in the Houses of Healing...is it November yet? May 31, 2004 Happy Memorial Day. Horrible weather. About my weekend: Friday- nap and mooyong. I"m beginning to wonder if I"m anemic. Saturday- Korean school . THoroughly freaked about the finals....i didn't know graduating was this hard...Sunday- "homework", go over to Miri's....Monday- science...finished! at least one good thing happened (lol play doh) and Miri came over. We had a BBQ in the subzero temperatures and the rain....which leads me to my next topic.... STUPIDITY ABOUNDS. Spaz and I were having a convo about testosterone...I still cannot believe it. THen Miri did something stupid. I forget what. PRobably because she's reading over my shoulder. THen I was stupid. Again. And I also ate nonstop. But no chocolate ice cream. I still have not eaten it, and that was from NYSSMA. May 26, 2004 Six years. Six years of daaaaa da da da daaa daaaaa, daaa da da da daaaaa....in other words, pomp and cirumstance. Once...ow I just slammed my knee against the desk....anyway, once I was feeling stra...okay, something is seriously wrong with the popup blocker...grrr....ONCE I WAS FEELING STRANGE and i realized that everyone was going to die. Eventually. May 23,2004 I love staying inside on a really nice day and doing homework. Which isn't necessarily all I did. I saw SHREK 2!!! Hehee. Puss in Boots was awesome (i am POOUS....in boots, hairball, "puppy dog" face...awwwww). I can't decide whether the first or second one was better. Liked the spoofy 10 secs of LOTR. Yesterday I was dragged off to the "big house"....w/e saw the last hour and a half of Last Samurai. SOmeone said it was shot in Australia and I really wanted to say NO IT WASN"T IT WAS NEW ZEALAND NEW ZEALAND NEW ZEALAND ....but i didn't because I didn't know them very well and I actually had some sort of a reputation to maintain. Tom Cruise looked so funny.....he also got whacked with about 837945038462851251324643 bullets...and still managed to live. Finished Memoirs of a Geisha. Good. But if you don't like that kind of stuff, it's going to be really bad. AND I saw a trailer for Pirates of the Caribbean...not 2...but for the tv premiere. Extra dose of Orlando. Feelings of summer- finals- ugh, camp- *squirm* happy/nervous, sitting around and doing nothing... May 16, 2004 It's birthday season! Here we go...Happy Birthday to Frances, Celina, everyone else, and that cute kid (Sam) from Love Actually. Adoreableness abroad and acting. On Friday...I SAW TROY!! I waited more than 87 days for this....it was worth it. Okay, I"m going to do another review thingy like Hidalgo...if you didn't see it, don't read it unless you want it to be spoiled. THe movie wasn't absolutely amazing, but it was good. I mean, how can 5+ hot men in one movie not be good. Brad, ORLANDO, Eric, the Patroclus dude (cool death scene...muy gory/blood/graphicness), aaaand Sean. Of course, there were 50,000 greeks who went to fight...even if they weren't heroes there has to be some hot stuff in 50,000. Law of averages. Or whatever. The beginning was kind of abrupt, but I guess that's okay, it was kind of funny. Orlando was funny, HOT (that sex scene with Helen...ok so it wasn't really sex, just nudity ;)) he managed to come across as the sometimes foolish, spoiled younger brother nicely. Eric Bana I think fit into his role the best as Hector, protective brother, loving husband, brave warrior blah blah blah. Then the greeks come with their 1000 ships and Achilles does his thing with the Mymidons, Paris thinks of another foolish idea, and then it's the next morning. By now, I really had to go to the bathroom, but I held it in. Paris gets his @$$ kicked, that was some good acting as the scared wuss. Angst, anyone? And stuff happens, Patroclus dies, Achilles gets pissed, but then he's off...doing things...with Briseius (sp?). Her part was totally blown up too too much. Also, the director apparantly did not appreciate the gods so much which is why they're so...looked down upon? in the movie. The fight sequence with Hector and Achilles was awesome, I'm a girl, remember....the dragging Hector's body was sad. Sean bean was perfect as odysseus, Achilles gets whacked and PARIS DOESN"T DIE. Arrrgh. Anyway, I think the music was really not good, James Horner did really well in Titanic but in Troy I kept expecting a lot more from the score. Troy is not really emotion inspiring it's more like, dude i want an action movie with hot people kind of movie. sets were good, music was bad, acting was okay...(maybe it's just because ROTK was so AWESOME thtat it ruined other movies for me...heh hehe heh). If you want Greek/Roman stuff....gladiator is better as a movie but it's so different int he sense that it's really heavy and dark. Speaking of heavy dark things, I think we need a laugh...Shrek 2 on Friday. Sleep, I ask of thee o riiiiiver.... May 9, 2004 Yesterday after Korean school I took the subway to my dad's store and I got off at the wrong stop but that's okay cuz I saw TONS of troy ads and i was trying not to drool on the person next to me. Then I sold flowers...blah blah blah and there were lots of people going to the Tribeca film festival...wanted to go. I did get some free popcorn in the green box in front of city hall. THen we were saying "Buy flowers for your mom" to random kids that walked by. Anyway, happy mother's day. May 6, 2004 I have discovered Sean Bean fangirls! Amazing. After 3 years (not that I was SEARCHING)....they must be comepletely wiped out by the Viggy and Leggy fans. Anyway, they were commenting on some Odysseus pics...short leather skirsts and all. Very amusing. AND ORLANDO SAYS HE"S GOING TO STAY IN ENGLAND!!!!!!! Away from that unspeakable evil that also goes by the name of Orlando's girlfriend. Or whatever. End of Friends...sob sob. Not that I watch it regularly, but some people are totally devasted by the fact that there's going to be NO MORE FRIENDS. May 5, 2004 Today is Children's day in Korea but my parents say I'm not a child anymore and they won't get me a present. Happy May. If music be the food of love, play on. April 30, 2004 La....la. la. Three hour nap. April 29, 2004 Today I was in the bathroom before ballet and these two girls came in. They went into separate stalls. Then they started discussing male genitalia (more specifically, that they could SEE it on eachother). These girls were both about 4 years old. What is the world coming to? Aaaah....here is a tidbit I wrote but didn't post. It's from April 15...shortly before NYSSMA... April 15, 2004 somehow, at this time of year, it becomes incredibly hard to control and coordinate your hands, arms, and especially if they are on wooden objects that are exceptionally good at producing sound waves. What could be so hard about pressing down on strings of metal and moving your other arm at the same time? Add a judge, some adrenaline (edit: A LOT of adrenaline) and VOILA! It's NYSSMA! Good luck everyone...and have fun! That last part isn't going to help, is it. It kind of doesn't make sense because at that phase in my life I was too worried and hyper and acting strange to focus on anything. It's possible that I haven't moved out of that phase at all. Wow, it's 9:40 and it feels like 11:40. Sleeeeep... April 28, 2004 Having Mozart stuck in your head is annoying. Especially if you're playing that piece and you feel obligated to add your left hand and the bow. That's when you start getting strange looks. (Not that I don't get them anyway.) The year is almost over...well not really but there's only like 6 weeks left. ?Not a lot, considering we have finals the the math thingy. Stupid Mozart. (stop it Ned!) Two days until Calcium Kid. Is anyone willing to pay for a round trip ticket to London? Much love in return. =) 15 days. MOZART! I'm going to let myself eat ice cream if I can actually write for five minutes on ONE TOPIC. So, firstly, pick a topic: uh...ice cream. Ice cream is sweet. Ice cream is good. It's very....cold and creamy. .........................THis isn't wo?rking. How about another topic: In the course of a lifetime, everyone feels the need to express themselves in different ways. One cannot be expected to be able to show their beliefs or emotions in just one particular fashion. People must be permitted the basic freedoms every human individual has a right to. Every person is a unique, creative being, and it is the duty of their companions and fellow collegues to understand them in any way they choose to explain themselves. With this statement, I present to you, the British Accent Organization of America (BAOA). With the current number of memberships being one, it is in great need of support. Please support the BAOA. I do NOT have too much time on my hands. Shoutouts to Frances- good job on NYSSMA! Leslie- 15!!! (She's never going to read this anyway.) April 25, 2004 MOM MOM MOM MOM MOMMY MOMMY MOMMY MOMMY MOMMY MOMMY MOMMY MOMMY MOMMY Look what I can do! Today was fun. I was happy today. And now I have to study. Good things don't last forever. Like the plehzant weather. 19 days. Or is it 18? Anyway, SOON. April 24, 2004 WOOHOOO! I'm hyper...did you notice? Korean school today, cutting class (actually there was no class), pop SATs, good stuff. And now I'm watching all the Troy trailers that I missed....again, and again, and again. And speaking of Troy I saw an ad for it on the bus coming home from Korean School. Me: AAAAAAAAAAHHHHjaosjf;awoijfoae;ghaojrawoeaj *freakfreakfreakfreakfreakfreakfreak* Mom: .....So, what happened in school? It's not fun when your insanity is not appreciated. Comedy night was....funny. Haha. Lots of jokes. Take five, chihuahua, Godzilla, cat, tension...if you weren't there you missed out. Must watch the rest of Troy trailers. And ff.net isn't working. Again. April 18, 2004 I was going crazy because I hadn't written in so long. So, ramble warning. There's lots of stuff in my head I need to get out. (Does someone want to get me a Pensieve for a late birthday present?) BIrthday was fun. Thanks to all of you guys, I smell good, I like fishes, and inside jokes. Asia Night was...fun? Entertaining? Mortifying? Boy-hyped? *coughSOMEPEOPLEcough* NYSSMA must have been the highlight of my weekend. I mean, who doesn't want to spend a nice Saturday sweating and adrenalining and practicing and embarrassing themselves? Saw lots of people though, Melanie (not Hsu), Frances (haha...too much), Lynn, Brody, Jason Brodsky, Mr. Hollander (duh), All-county dude, all-county teacher person....and....oh yeah the seventh grade clarinet player. Would have been a huge party except for the fact that nearly everyone was hyperventaliating. Including me. Scales were easy, in my piece I messed up twice, I started trembling and my bow was going all over the place in the false harmonics section, sight reading was easy and I messed up.(4/4 and one flat). *after moment's deliberateion, kicks self. Hard. Twice.* Today, I ate a flower. Azalea. Bitter, yet sour and sweet at the same time. Verry interesting. And impromptu (sp?) visit by Dana, Frances, and Celina. Really cool Lean on me a cappella, Frances being deaf, good shtuff. In the near future, FINDING NEMO and chocolate ice cream. To those priveliged few who know why. April 8, 2003 Let's see...13 hours and 20 minutes left of being 13. Site to open soon...I think...major headaches... April 6, 2004 Second time writing today. Except I forgot what I was going to write. VACATION!!!!!! Laaaaaaaaa I'm so happy I could sing. And..lots of stuff happened. So...last week was horrible 10 quizzes/tests and 2 projects. Friday night was fun (no, I'm not talking about dance.) Saturday-was awesome. Katie, Frances, Antonia/Todo and I went to the city. We saw Ned Kelly (ORLANDO! HEATH!) and then we went shopping. Wait. Ned Kelly wasn't a good movie, but it has Heath and Orlando so it speaks for itself. Then we went shopping. Unsuccessfully. Then we went to Sephora. We stayed there for more than two hours, putting makeup on each other. We had dinner at this Indian place and the food was spicy and Katie got a stomachache. Sunday- had dinner with Miri and her family. Kalbi House. Monday-did nothing. Watched Far and Away-the movie that we saw in SS with Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman. Saw the parts Mr. hoss skipped over...and I know why. :o) Tuesdsay (today, dimwits)- going to violin audition thingy. Bleargh. Will ingratiate myself so I can go rent movies. Maybe some homework. March 25, 2004 Sooo...more rehearsal! Woohoo! And tomorrow I get to wake up late, have breakfast in bed, and languidly haul myself to the performance...not. Haha, I wish. We have an 8:30 call...sob sob. If I stand underneath the lights for too long, I'll have a nice tan and a cane for blind people. Not like I'm not blind anyway. Hehhehehahahahahehehehahaha. Woah. I wanted to say something...but I forgot. I’ll say something else. In one of our rehearsals, David was rapping to Brahms's Hungarian Dances...scariness but funny at the same time. Like the ghetto hand movement thingy. Mweehheheheh. "Lord, what fools these mortals be!" (I love that line, btw...remember midsummer night's dream last year? "O Thisby, O Pyramus, thy love has no bounds..." whatever...and of course, "CHINK! OWWWWW!") March 24, 2004 In really bad mood and tired. Actually in this entry all I'm going to do is bitch and rant and complain so don't read if you don't want to get annoyed. So, first of all the text this page is all fcked up but I'm too tired (or lazy) to fix it now. Rehearsal was...completely disappointing to say the least. Long story short, we sucked. And there was no time to do anything else except change, eat, and stare at the lights and go blind. David's piece is in deep, deep sh*t, hopefully we'll fix everything tomorrow. It was supposed to end at 8:30, in reality it ended 9:05 and I got home at about 9:30. Then I started homework at 10 after changing and taking off makeup and stuff. I feel like my eyeballs are going to shrivel up cause they're so dry. Too tired to write more complaints...I suppose that's a good thing for you people. March 13, 2004 Lots of stuff. Need to rant. Pagebuilder is getting so annoying...by the way it's the thing that builds this...page...haha...and it's annoying mostly because of my stupidity...but it's still annoying. For Home Ec., I really don't want to do the project, and I think it's really unfair that Ms. O'Shea won't let us choose some careers in acting or music. Not that I want to, but there are some people who could definately be doing that in ten years and just because she thinks that everyone who wants to do that is being unrealistic doesn't meant that those people have to choose a career that won't fit them, and therefore make the whole project useless. I didn't write my story. Okay, so here it is. *trumpet fanfare* haha, jk. So on March 8, 2004 anno domini (hi all you latin freaks) the eighth grade went on a field trip to the Museum of Television and Radio. Then, because we couldn't eat lunch in the museum itself, we split up and ate in different places. My group (Mr. Schuchat's group) went to the public atrium on fifth ave, actually it was right across from st. patrick's cathedral (think green, think green). Then when everyone was cleaning up and stuff, I went to the bathroom, because I thought I still had time. I was in there for about 3 mins, and I come out and...everyone's gone. Like disappeared. It was like a drama. So cliched. The funny thing (not so funny then) was that when I was walking out I was thinking, 'Maybe everyone left,' as one of those irrational (haha) thoughts one has every now and then...or maybe it's just me. Anyway, the front desk didn't have the phone number to the museum so I called my mom, who had Mr. Schuchat's cell number, she called him, I called her again, and Mr. Schuchat had said to stay there so I did. So I went and watched the movie about Greek pottery or something. Then, half an hour later, Mr.Schuchat comes. Moral of the story: don't go to the bathroom. Ever. And I was sick on THursday, so no school Friday. And today Frances and I and some seventh and ninth graders went to the volunteer Bronx River cleanup thing...turns out we can't do it cause we aren't 14...and we already did all of the stuff last year and more...we floated oranges down the river, for heaven's sake, not to mention some unlucky ones who got to get wet...very wet... crapness, pagebuilder...is...so...annoying...and so is my mom, cause she's yelling at me to go practice violin... March 10, 2004 If Pagebuilder were a person I would strangle it. March 8, 2004 I would write but PageBuilder was being really reallly frustrating and now that I've vented on something else I'm too tired to write. Bye bye. March 6, 2004 HIDALGO!! It's a movie that grows on you, and I like it better today than I liked it yesterday. RAMBLE WARNING AND SPOILERS: Hidalgo's eyes looked incredibly intelligent...almost CGI...and Viggo's accent was funny, good but funny...and the makeup people did a good job of making him look drunk and hung over...the part where he comes out of the tent and he has bedhead and he cracks his neck is funny, and the annoying dude/goatherder was funny, the slave kid (poor thing) was funny, Hidalgo was funny, and this movie was NOT a comedy, so let's do some serious stuff, the part where Frank/Viggo hallucinates and he sees the Indian spirit thingies was cheesy, most of the parts where he talks to that princess person was cheesy, the part where he tied himself to the saddle was funny, the part when Hidalgo got...er...poked was *wide eyes bites nails*, and when Viggo IF YOU DIDN"T SEE THE MOVIE STOP RIGHT NOW DON"T READ YOU SHOULD HAVE STOPPED READING A LONG TIME AGO BUT DON"T READ THIS (hehe...reverse psychology) when viggo is holding the gun to Hidalgo's head and there's this really....long....silence one of the (ninth grade?) boys in the front goes "BANG!", the part where viggo almost...loses his...things...was funny, the part when the loyal dude died was sad, but if it were LOTR it would have slo-mo, and he would take forever to fall, which is why some people with smaller bladders liked this movie better, i guess, and when viggo leaves his saddle and his precious hat ( i want it) behind it's like he's leaving his "white man" past behind...thanks anisha you symbologist...somehow everytime hidalgo went ow and viggo's like, poor horsey i'll take care of you i kept on thinking of angst fics...NO NOT SLASH perves, and the movie was left hanging because NOT ONCE does viggo touch the princess person, true to his word, come on, it's a movie, you need ONE SMOOCH at LEAST so audiences will be satisfied, the Chief dude was the same guy in Dances with Wolves, no wonder he sounded familiar...to be continued tomorrow because I have to go to sleep. In conclusion, it was a washde movie. Washde means "good" in Sioux. Which is the same language in Dances with Wolves. You know what, I have more stuff to say. I bet Viggo had a really good time practicing his cigarette ritual (rub across nose, lick, etc.) and learning the Native AMerican language, and handling his gun, and practicing his hat tip thingy because those are the things that viggo would do. The script was pretty good, lots of funny one liners ("my horse likes you") and now i REALLY have to go to sleep. March 5, 2004 Hidalgo!!! I want a haircut. Korean school tomorrow...ugh ugh ugh. March 4. 2004 David Wenahm is HOT. Even if he does have an uber-big nose. He and Karl are like the interchangeable hot-but-not-as-hot-as-Aragorn-and-Legolas men of LOTR. Well, not really interchangeable, but they do have fairly possessed older relatives. Denethor BBQ and Theoden exorcism. Harry Potter and LOTR similarites Demenotrs/ringwraiths Angsty main character Evil guy (duh) Too lazy to think of more Dobby/Legolas...hehehe Ugh what if it was slash...dobby and legolas...OKAY PERVY IMAGES... um...my brain isn't coming up with anything more to say. Wait, I do have something to say. HARRY/HERMIONE FOREVER!!! MUAHAHAHAHA!!! Ron can just....go away...wait i said this before didn't I. Oh well. HARRY/HERMIONE!! Hidalgo comes out tomorrow! Hiddy the HORSE! Viggo the...MAN! March 3, 2004 3 hour naps are fun. Ok, I need to ramble and rant and get stuff out of my head. Most of this stuff is probably in my profile anyway; let's just see what comes out. *deep breath* Johnny improvised the eunuch lines! Good takeup by Orlando...need to do Korean school hw, if I can remember what it was...no days off in March....math average = suicide....that remeinds of Breakfast Club whcih makes me think of advocacy which makes methink of doughnuts which makes me think of...don't know...screwed for NYSSMA....why did Sirius have to die? Why? Why? Why?...I actually found a parody fic that I find fairly amusing....I want to eat an orange...need to practice violin....Pom Pom is poofy...I love New Zealand I love the rolling hillls...*gasp* Mr. Cantatore....head =hid....11 Oscars!...but there was no suspense, it was so obvious for everything...HA Russel Crowe...faint vs. knocked out...um...brainfart.... Wow that was long. And random. Now I need to say it out loud cause I'm a verbal learner... February 25, 2004 The cast I love that picture. Everyone's together and if you look carefully it's really funny... Orlando's in the middle being big and overshadowing...and looking in the wrong direction. David and Karl...aaaahhh hotness...no way they were that hot in the movie... That man to Billy's right looks so familiar... Orlando: Is that Liv changing? Must...see.. Elijah: Restrain youself... John: My God, that's Liv! And she's...oh. Dom: I'm buff and tuff. VIggo: ...hiding... Mrianda: ...nice ass, David... February 23, 2004 Essay is finally turning into good crap. It used to be super disgusting sentimental crap and then it was dry, boring crap, and now it's kind of a mixture of both. I just need to finish by school tomorrow... February 22, 2004 Vacation is over. Ug. Writing stupid essay. Ug. (It's crap. It's boring crap.) Hilarious but really shitty rehearsal. Ug. School tomorrow. Ug. All county on Tuesday! I just remembered. Ug and crapness. February 21, 2004 Listening to ROTK soundtrack. FINALLY. Ben del Maestro is awesome in Minas Tirith. And he's this really cute freckled boy. Into the West just gets stuck in my head all the time. Not that I mind, though. The scene with Gandalf and Pippin riding up with the music was just a great way to introduce Minas Tirish. Billy is awesome. So is Viggo. Hee corolnation hehe. ANd the beacon lighting sequence is just mindblowing. Acutally the whole movie is mindblowing. I expect most people skipped that paragraph above after reading about hte first three lines. Didn't miss much then. Now I'll take the liberties to complain about Korean school hw. ON top of EVERYTHING we have, we have to WRITE DRAW< MEMORIZE and TRANSLATE another poem?!?!?!?!? ^#^%#^%^%*#%@! February 19, 2004 I was sick yesterday... But I finished Harry Potter today. Still sobbing over Sirius...can't wiat until the 6th book comes out. Which is in what, 10 years? And Ron/Hermione= BAD. Harry/Hermione = Good. Ginny/probably every boy in Hogwarts except for Slytherins=funny. Febrary 17, 2004 Enjoying vacation to the fullest. Translation: wasting away in front of comp, eating frozen pizza (yes nishey) and staying up until 1 a.m. doing God knows what. (No not that...pervy people) I'm reading HP5 again. No, of course I'm not doing it for all the vocab words *coughcough* lol jk. I just thought that reading about an angsty, unstable boy with no anger management would make me feel slightly better about myself. And he procrastinates. Unfortunately, ever time homework is mentioned I hear this little, accusing voice in my haed saying "SS DBQ...SS DBQ..." At least he doesn't play a musical instrument...or the guilt would be too much to bear. "How was it?" ... "Wet." "Because she was crying." "Are you really such as bad kisser?" "Maybe..." "Of course you're not." "How would you know?J" "A person can't feel that all at once. They'd explode." "just because lyou have the emotional capacity of a teaspoon doesn't mean we all do." "I've always wanted to try some firewhiskey..." "You- are -a- prefect!" "Oh, yeah..." Bored = ramble. Ramble= see above. Actually, some of me favorite parts... February 16, 2004 I hope all you lovebirds out there had a good Valentine's Day. A time for sweetness, love, and sugar-highness. (Just the last one for me, thanks.) I tried to update at Katie's house but her computer was soooooo slow... It's vacation! But that also means a crapload of homework..ss, english, home ec, han guk hak gyo (lol korean school), and an essay, and more stuff. LIke practicing violin. And flute. Of course, some people are little buttmunchers (ha kt) and they get to go to nice, warm places, like TEXAS (well...), and JAMAICA, and LONDON. The latter isn't so warm, but it's full of brits...and some of those hot people make up for the temperature. I"m not dead yet! Some Monty Python fun... February 12, 2004 Yesterday was my mom's and Pom-Pom's birthday. I saw this fic where Legolas gets poisoned..and the effects are a sex change...I couldn't stop laughing...and the scary thing is, it was angst, not humor or parody. Super angsty. He's turning into a girl. I know what you're thinking. He doesn't need a sex change to be a girl. Well you can keep that to yourself. :) I wish I had smilie thingies. Vacay! And staying over at kt's and frances'....hehehe...I fell sorry for you guys... I feel pretty....oh so pretty....and I need to practice for all county.,...la di da da..... February 10, 2004 Ballet (1.5 hours + pointe) ---> contacts rip ---> go home ---> get new contacts ---> get lost on the way to nursing home ---> do a crap performance ---> eat crap food ---> eat cereal ---> do hw ---> update weblog Actually, we talked to Leslie's bf..."sounds hot" lol frances I need someones' brain cells for math tom.... Estoy cansadisima. Quiero dormir. Pero necesito estudiar para el examen de matematicas manana. February 4, 2004 You are cordiallly invited to my funeral. Tomorrow, lunch served. Cause of death: stress from working on SS overview. At this rate, I'm not going to do anything but work until June. My poor poor dvd, just waiting to be watched.... Glug, glug, glug I have a mortal fear of bugs on the shower curtain. Yes, the SHOWER CURTAIN. Bad experiences... February 3, 2004 Happy February. SOOOO MUCH HOMEWORK. *mumblestupidtechpresentationsstestenglishquizzes* Today in math we learned that in a quadratic equation, once you factor out hte GCF it "goes away" in your final answer of {x|x= blah}. SO if the GCF was 50 and there were 55 people at your party, and the GCF "went away," it means that your party is crap. In science, we learned that if you dissolve more NaCl in H2O than the solubility point you get a solid precipitate. Add "waste" to that and it's raining sh*t. Do you like my interpretations of schoolwork? Actually, a better question would be, do you UNDERSTAND my interpretations? *chorus of no's* January 31, 2004 Sssssstupid Korean school. And I got my violin back. Already. Bleargh. BUT, it is so shiny and polished and new and pretty.... Still haven't touched soundtrack. Tech nauseates me...we've been doing this project for sooooo long... I fell asleep reading The Great Gatsby after the first 5 pages... Should I put Fellowship Profiles on here? January 30, 2004 My previous entry got deleted...whatever. Anyway, yesterday my violin blew up so now I have to get it fixed. Therefore, no practicing unitl Monday! But that also means I'm screwed for NYSSMA. Oh well. I GOT THE ROTK SOUNDTRACK! Right now, it's my preciousssssssssss. I'm going to see how long I can not touch it with it in my house. AND i saw the huge Legolas cutout at fye....cardboard...but who cares... Never eat the free candy they five you at fye. This background looks like a stretched out blue barcode. |
