The mentioned book is a real book! And I really did look up
the net for 'How To Take Over The World' and I did find
heaps of sites at Lycos :)

Kat walked into SG-13’s personal rec room/lab and announced
to the world that she was going to take over the world.

Becca instantly sat up, and asked if she could help.

“Oh sure, but I get to be the president!” Kat replied.

“Great!” Becca said with a smile, before turning to the
computer screen in front of her and started searching the
net for the best ways to take over the world!

“But what about me?!” Bryn whined at Kat. “I wanna help
too!”

“Everyone can help!” Kat replied. “We’re gonna take over
the world, and create an age biased society so that our age
is a good age to be, and everyone younger is young, and
everyone older is really old!”

“Sounds great!” Cara butted in. “Can we burn the white
house when we take it over?”

“I don’t think so, Cara. I kind of like the idea of living
in a big white house with a nice office…” Kat replied
dreamily, already planning for the day when she would be in
charge of everything.

“Can we redecorate all the rooms in electric blue?” Bryn
asked eagerly.

“Um…no,” Kat replied before thwacking Bryn with a pillow.
“Purple is good…yellow too…”

Becca thwaped them both with a pillow, and started sorting
her search results. “Well…Jeeves doesn’t have any ideas.
I’m just about to try Lycos…” She quickly typed a few words
in and hit ‘Find’.

“Hey here’s some! Lycos has a few links…” Becca trailed off
as she started reading the description of the first link
“’A Girls Guide To Taking Over The World’ looks good…oh,
it’s a book. Who wants to run down to the bookstore?”

“I’ll go!” Bryn yelled happily, before starting to search
for the keys. “Where are the keys? I can’t go to the
bookstore without the keys to the car!”

“Maybe you could just walk?” Kat asked.

Bryn just stare. “Walk?! Are you mad?!”

“Yes of course,” Kat replied. “Aren’t we all?”

“Well…yes,” Bryn said with a grin. “Becca? Cara? Do you
know where the keys are?”

They both answered no, and Bryn glared at a cushion for
some reason.

“Well…no book for us. We’ll have to use our imagination!”
Bryn grinned again.

Suddenly a klaxon blared throughout the base. “Off world
activation! Incoming traveller!”

“Hey! Isn’t SG-1 due back about now?” Kat asked.

“Yeah!” Bryn yelled. And without a word, SG-13 ran for the
lift.

“I guess our plans will have to be sorted out tomorrow
then,” Kat said.

“What are we going to do tomorrow night, Kat?” Becca asked.

“The same thing we did tonight, Becca. TRY TO TAKE OVER THE
WORLD!!!”
