Eskra was only five years old when the Garos Party assumed power in a coup that toppled what was left of the Royal government of King David. Her father was imprisoned for ties with the regime, part of a purge of royalists from positions of influence. She was raised by her mother primarily but her stepfather, a Garosite phason who had married her mother only four months after her father had died in prison had the biggest impact. Her mother lived in fear from her husband's reprisals and was expected to entertain phasons, commissars and other officials. On one occasion, he forced Eskra's mother to have sex with the grand phason for political and military favors. Her mother died when she was fifteen and her stepfather reluctantly accepted full responsibility, having no children of his own. He got her into State Military Training Complex two years later but threatened her that he expected nothing but excellent ratings in all her subjects. In 2351, she graduated with honors, commissioned a pec and assigned to the SV Viomvi, a Rixji class cruiser. During this era, the Allegiance was expanding beyond it's royalist boundaries, pushing the Garos Party rule onto subjugated worlds. There was very little opposition from these planets and once the flag was firmly planted, their was little fight left in the local populace. Four years later, she was part of the Atzaen rebel support that brought down the government and installed the Desmi political organization to power. The Desmi had an almost identical platform to the Garos Party, allowing for the two peoples to open full diplomatic ties. It was unusual that the Falcarians did not simply conquer Atzae but many believe logistics simply was not there. Eskra did serve with the Falcarian embassy in Lundrez, Atzae for seven months, working to make the Desmi militia into a military force comparable to the State Army but to a lesser extent. She returned to the SV Viomvi and was made a meer after she successfully demolished a powerful Dalig crime syndicate outfit on Aldea, which snatched a record 567 people, some were minor government officials. She had become the darling of Premier Exwuc who liked to show her off. He offered her the position of Interior Minister, responsible for the State Police. She accepted. The fight against crime was difficult and Eskra had many setbacks, especially from some commissars on the payroll of the Dalig. This put her in a bad light, especially when her stepfather attempted to influence her in support of some 'interested parties'. He helped remove her from office when she refused. She did inform the HKL of his involvement and they were more than willing to deal with him. He was arrested, tried and convicted by the State Capital Crime Judiciary, to serve a life sentence at a gulag, the same one her natural father had endured and died in thirty years ago. She returned to the State Navy and in 2364, made phason. She was not well received by the other phasons of the High Command because some of their number suffered under her probe when she was interior minister. In 2372, she commanded a fleet that had been given their marching orders against the Ssorans over the disputed Desmorus Belt but this was soon repelled by Premier Zaker and instead patrols were set up to protect mining operations. It was believed that Ssoran technology was more advanced, making many phasons around the premier nervous. HKL operations intensified to learn as much as possible about the Ssorans. In 2377, two years after initial contact with the Federation, tensions between the Falcarian led Confederacy (an alliance that included the Atzaens, the Ssorans and the Chuec) and the Federation and her allies (Narnians and KessRith) led almost to conflict but several serious missteps by the former Zaker Administration caused the Secretariat and the Supreme Leader Seth (The Monk) to sanction the removal of Zaker and with a vote among the Secretariat, Eskra was appointed to the position |
| Personality: | Eskra is cunning , devious and more manipulative than Zaker. She is determined to bring back the glory days. It had not been lost on her that she was the first post-monarchy born premier and she was going to shake up the 'old establishment'. |

The Falcarians are physically stronger than humans, have a high psi rating but would very much like to acquire teleportation and replication technologies of the Alpha Quadrant aliens; rare in the Delta Quadrant, it would give the Allegiance an upper hand in the often turbulent quadrant. Falcarian Allegiance is a dictatorship under the political group known as Goras. It has been in power for 40 years, since the first Alberag contact swept away the monarchy. All Falcarians learned from early childhood to serve the party (Goras) and the State; there is few dissidents as they are considered enemies of the state and eliminated. |
