GOOD NEWS

This is an e-mail I received from Mick. I'm printing it here verbatim.

Hi Mom,

So glad to hear from you. I have visited the site, it's really cool. I have started my Nursing 101 class and there is a lot more to it than I expected. The sheer volume of reading alone has me buried in a tremendous amount of paper. I'm doing my best to stay organized, that is essential. I think I have been able to work out my school and work schedule so that I am able to work full time (so to keep my insurance and other benefits) without losing any study or sleep time. I'll see how it goes as the semester progresses. I also got a scholarship through Norton Hospital and they will be paying for all of my tuition and books in return for a months employment with them for every 500.00 they spend on me. So school is paid for and a job is secured for me after I graduate. I'm simply walking by faith into this career and the Lord continues to provide a way for me to proceed. I'm in anticipation for what His purpose is for this move in my Life. Please pray that I can stay focused and sensitive to what I need to know and do to get through my clinicals and tests. Tell Nana, Papa, Trystan I love them.

Through lack of self desire.
Knowing fullness, only being filled
With flowing love, which designates
His plan: to go or stay –
According to His power, with joy:
With joy, contentment, peace, and trust
I move at His behest.
