Adding Your RPG to the Board
If you would like to move your RPG board here, simply submist a request to one of our administrators through e-mail.  The request must include your name or nickname (Ex:  StarLightRider1500), e-mail adress (Ex:  TearLightKnight@aol.com), IM screen name and service (Ex:  AIM, Yahoo, MSN, AOL, etc.) if you have one, a small paragraph describing your request, and the RPG's home website.  The site needs to include a "Join", "Setting", and "Character List" section at least.

Profiles
Personal Photos
A personal photo (avatar) is a pic that appears under your name and post info.  It must be either a .jpg or .gif format.  Do not use large pics in size or memory span, that way the tabels aren't stretched and it doesn't take forever to load.  Think small.  Administrators and moderators can decide if the pic is too large or not.
Personal Icons
These icons appear to the right of your name.  In order to save memory space and keep the tables from being stretched, these icons are forced to remain 10 x 10.  Keep that in mind.
Signatures
Please, no IFrames.  They are very incompatible in terms of browsers and hog more memory for users viewing pages they're on.
If you choose to use cards in your signature, you can only place 3 cards there.  They need to have transparent edges as well and remain displaed as a single horizontal row, so not to stretch the tables.
Keep in mind, signature images need to kept at or below a max of 250 pixels in height and 400 pixels in width.
For ALT text in an image, keep these small as well.  A serve might be slower to load because of these images, if the ALT tag is too long.
Old Posts
If our server becomes too filled, the administrators or moderators can delete and/or archive the old posts, to reduce memory.  Though , we'll inform the forum's participates and moderators of this action before we do anything.
Other Rules
Please don't use remote loading.  It takes away from the bandwidth of this board's website (thus we could have a lot of downtime or just very slow access to the site for you).
Warning System
Sometimes people do screw up and step over the line.  Now, thats completely understandable.  The administrators would just give you a small reminder and correction.  But, for those repeat offenders that totally disregard the rules and/or the authority of the administrators, this system was created for you.
If such a situation occurs, administrators can give out warnings.  These warnings are displayed on the members custom title.  Three strikes and your immediately banned.  The number of warnings, though, depends on the incident and the administrators disgression.
These warnings will remain for a three month period.  At that time, if the person hasn't been banned already, the warnings can be wavered.  Again, this depends on the administrators disgression.
This rules and guidelines can be altered by the administrators of the board, if they feel it is necessary.  Also, they have the power to do whatever they see fit, to uphold the rules of the board and keep the peace between its members.
