| Apperance: long black hair, dark blue eyes, 5'10, lightly tanned skin (App. 5) History: her father was one of the heads of Pentex, Adrian Newberry (see book of the Wyrm 2 for further info). He married a somewhat beautiful and evil woman and had a child as an experiment. He wanted to see if she would be born with his wyrm given immortality, but before he could make his final move to bring her to the side of the Wyrm she Awakened and, with the help of her friends escaped his clutches. Now: her whereabouts are unknown, she just left one day after a fight with her cabal mates |

| Story line: The character grows up reasonable satisfied with her life, but dislikes the social niceities of the rich, so she developes an alternate identity and slips out to the streets as often as possible. Here she has a group of friends, both rich and poor, who accept her for who she is...or at least who she says she is. In this group no on askes any questions about each others lives, they live for now. Few of them know each others last names, adresses or even where they come from, they just have fun. Although at first one of the main characters Nicole moves to the background as the Choosen step up. |

| Apperance: long curly blonde hair, sparkling blue eyes, 5'6, very light skin (App. 5) History: A picture perfect life for a picture perfect family, or at least on the inside. Katrina grew up with no problems, her family didn't fight, she had money and intelligence...the only thing she was missing was friends. She was made fun of by everyone, liked by no one and generally didn't have a clue. She awoke one day after an embarassing experience with a high school crush. Having a powerful avatar, she discovered wasn't all it was cracked up to be. From him she found out her father was an fence riding assasin, her mother worked for Pentex, putting fomori in her 'oh so yummy' pasteries and decided to get the hell out of dodge. Now: She married a Pumonca Bastet and has three wonderful children, runs an orphanage for wayward children and is a part of one of the most powerful cabals to ever hit the west coast |
| Story line: The character grows up unsatisfied with her life, but says nothing because she thinks that everyone else is the same way. She desperatly wants to be "Cool" and does everything she can to achieve that goal. Finally she meets the coolist girl in school, Nicole just after her awakening and opens up her eyes to the real way of the world. Noone is what they seem to be in the world of darkness, her ideal life is unachievable because not even those who are supposedly there have any clue. So she decides to move on. Eventually, through much trial and tribulation the main characters, Shela, Meadow, Matt, Alissa and David meet and the story really begins... |
