Joanna asked how to unblock a program from your browser: Open inernet explorer; go to your blocked site; go to tools/ Internet options/ content;

click on publishers;

click on untrusted publishers tab; your blocked site should be listed there. Click on it and then click remove.

I would strongly suggest that you also read why some sites are blocked.

In internet explorer, click on help/contents and index/understanding security and privacy/

click on  some of the titles  listed there and read why such security exists. Then you can make an educated decision about unblocking some content.
