Backup Address Book:
click ctrl+shift+B;
Under file, click export/ address book;
Under save in, browse to where you want to save it;
Next to file name, give it a name and click save.
You can now save it to disc or print it out.
If you would like to copy your addresses to your Yahoo address book,
open OE;
go to file, export address book, select text file, click export. Give it a name and location where you want to save it; next, select the fields you wish to export; click finish.
Go to Yahoo address book; click on address options on the right of address book page.
click import/export;
In import, select microsoft outlook.csv file. Browse to find file. Click import now button.
You can import your yahoo address book to OE by reversing the procedure.

Export Favorites:
Part 1:
In IE, go to file, Import and export, next, export favorites, next, favorites, next; put the radio button next to export to a file or address, browse to where you want to put it, next, and finish.
Part 2:
You can print it out or save it to disc.
You can also send it to yourself for safe keeping, if you have an alternate mail box such as Yahoo.
Open OE, start a new message; and send it as an attachment.
or open the html file of favorites; go to edit, select all, copy; go back to your new message and paste it in the message area.
You can export these to your Yahoo bookmarks also.
