1 more for the road

10 LB hambuger or turkey or lamb, but beef probably has
the higest fat content |
| ~ |
20 envelopes unflavored gelatin |
| ~ |
20 egg yolks (Cook up the whites and add some to each
meal) |
| ~ |
2 - 12 oz. jars wheat germ |
| ~ |
2 regular boxes Total cereal (May also use 1 box total
and about 4-6 cups cooked brown rice or oatmeal) |
| ~ |
2 cups molasses (blackstrap or plain) |
| ~ |
2 cups oil (safflower oil or cold pressed flax seed oil
and safflower in equal amounts) |
| ~ |
garlic or garlic extract |
Optional: 2 large cartons cottage cheese
or 2-5 cups peanut butter
Mix everything except meat. Then crumble meat into
mixture and mix well. Make meatballs or mini loafs, freeze until solid. Store in airtight
bags in freezer. Semi frozen makes a great treat in hot weather. Otherwise, thaw and mix
with regular food.
