UTILITIES INFORMATION.
Gas, Electric, Garbage and Water utilities will be shared.
Telephone - At the moment I’m opting to have my own personal phone, but if we decide to research and find a favorable deal from the phone company, possibly we could split phone service.

REMEMBER: The following are bill amounts for a single person; these bills would undoubtedly be higher with two people using the respective utilities. ----------------------

Gas (Heat, Cooking):
May, 2006 - $26.90
January, 2006 - $73.37
August, 2005 - $6.48 (didn’t cook much that August, I guess.)
The largest gas bill I've received was January 2005: $93.30. And I turn the heat down when I go out for any lenth of time, so that was a cold month.
------
Electric.
May, 2006 - $29.80
January, 2006 - $34.63
August, 2005 - $26.14
-------
Water and Sewer .
This bill comes every 3 months, and averages around $80 to $90 dollars per billing cycle; so, figure about $27 to $30 a month. A large part of this charge is stormwater processing. Portland, for some reason, has a major problem figuring out what to do with it's rainwater. The city is supposedly going to offer rebates to people who process their stormwater on site, so hopefully this bill will be reduced someday, since all the rainwater that falls here is contained on site - and then filters into the ground.
--------
Garbage.
I’ve been having pick up service only once per month, recycling picked up every week and yard debris every two weeks.
$11 to $12 per month.
