The Block Leaders and Block Deputies are jobs in Cybertown. They are hired through an application which is usually located in the main message board in any neighborhood.

To get to the board: next to your neighborhood name in the right panel there is an up arrow, click it, you will be taken to another page that will be the main neighborhood page where you will see a messages button in the right panel, click it, this is the main message board for your whole neighborhood. You should see a link to the application somewhere on this board. By getting a job in Cybertown and working you gain more experience points and more money, but that is only if you log on. These are really volunteer jobs, by accepting one you are saying that you will give up some of your free time to do the job you are applying for.

There are many more jobs in CyberTown too. There is an Employment office, to get to it, click the Jump Gate in the right panel and select Employment from the drop down menu. If you see a (CO) behind a house name this is a Club Owner. Club owners sometimes have jobs available in their clubs. This job is called a (CA) or Club Assistant. Lots of people start out for their first job as a Club Assistant. You can find many clubs in CyberTown by going to the panel on the right side click "Jump Gate" and choose clubs.

A house with a (ND) behind their house name is a Neighborhood Deputy. These people are also here to help you. Just click on their house name and then click on their inbox and write them a note if you have any questions or suggestions of how to make your Neighborhood better. They will be glad to help you.
