Hello, I'm more or less an ordinary middle american woman, other than that im wiccan. I have one daughter, five cats and more than the average in interests. In the fall of 2002 i went to england for three months and in july 2003 i visited again for ten days,and i would go back at the drop of a hat. I live in south central Indiana, on top of a hill, where i watch nature unfold around me through the seasons. |

Im an artist, not because i trained for it,but because its like breathing, i must do it. I enjoy pencil drawing, prismacolors,watercolor and acrylics. I like sculpting with ceramic, polymer and paperclays. Hand built ceramics are fun and glazes are a great way to experiment with color and textures. I love beading, working with crystals and wire jewelry. I love most forms of needlework and even spin a little yarn. Ive tried weaving, copper enameling, glass stain and stained glass. Im exploring paper arts right now and belong to a goddess centered rubberstamp club. Im interested in archeology, arthurian legends, medieval life, astronomy, comparative religions, scifi, and quantum theory. I enjoy living life close to nature though its hard for me to do much gardening anymore.Even though i have some trouble walking i have recently joined Veils and Swords, a bellydancing troupe. Sat sept 11 i will be in my first big performance at the Heartnut festival in Johnson County,,, hope i dont make a fool of myself,,,, photos of that soon too.I have also been a published author for 30 years, mostly arts and crafts articles and articles on witchcraft. Witchcraft has always been a fascination and i accepted it as my way of life 25 years ago. If you have any similar interests or questions about anything im into ,please email me. I have one grown daughter and a son in law and a couple of grand kitties, yes, four footed, tail bearing little boy cats, one lives with his mommy and one lives here with granny . My first human grandchild, Lily Grace was born on aug 30th 2004. She is a tiny little girl but the center of our world.We recently moved her into her new room where i am painting a mural on her walls,, pictures soon i hope. |
