Dan’s Sonnets

Welcome to my page of sonnets. Sonnets are a particular type of poem that the eminent William Shakespeare was fond of utilizing. They are 14 lines set in iambic pentameter. Variations exist, including Shakespearean, Spenserian, Petrarchan, Miltonian, etc. I have written some of my own, borrowing aspects from different sonnet-types. The nine sonnets I’ve written thus far have all been posted below.
