Okay this shouldn’t have to be said but to save myself from being flamed and just so

there is no misunderstandings as to what you are getting yourself into, please read the

following very carefully.

Yes, this is a SLASH site. Slash in this instance meaning m/m relationships or

I love Savage Garden and would never do anything to harm them, their families or any

member of the touring band. If I ever learnt that either one of the guys took offense at

slash I would take all my fics down instantly.

But I have a sneaking feeling that they know us weirdos exist - after all Darren has

admitted to lurking. Well if you were a world famous pop star wouldn’t you be just a

teeny weeny bit curious about what your fans were posting about you. Hmm, maybe

not.

Anyway I hope that if they do know about slash writing that they take it in the spirit it

is given and hopefully find it all mildly amusing.

The important word to remember here is FICTION. (Definition provided below for

anyone who is in any doubt.)

All the stories contained herein are nothing more than the product of my over-active

imagination and are not meant to be taken as true. I am not saying that Darren and

Daniel are lovers and I am not casting aspersions on either of their sexualities. As far

as I know they are both STRAIGHT. Got it? To be honest I don't care who the guys

sleep with as long as they are happy and loved. Let's face it - it's none of our business

anyway.

I don’t own the guys, don’t know them and have absolutely nothing of any value so it’s

a waste of time suing me.

May I also say that as time has gone on the characters in my stories have become more and more just that - characters.

They may share the same names, physical attributes and personality traits as real life people but they aren't. They are characters, devices that I have used to tell a wider story, characters that I have used because I am too lazy to think up legends for original ones.

As a good friend of mine quite rightly quoted, 'any resemblance to actual people, alive or dead (or undead for that matter) is merely coincidental.'

Right, now the formalities are over there is nothing left for me to say except enjoy the
