A thought has come to me.....yes, I know, scary right? But just bare with me here for a sec. As I have been surfing the internet for Lord of the Rings web sites, I have witnessed a strange pehenomenon. Many, many sites have this thing with making jokes about how prissy and girly Legolas is. Now, don't get me wrong, I love a good joke (when it is funny...ahem). And I certainly don't mind people roasting LOTR, heck I do it all the time. But I swear to god, if I read about Legolas having to stop mid-battle to wash his face one more time, I am going to go on a mad frying pan beating rampage!!!!! >:O Why, why do they all insist on making the same, dull boring jokes?? I admit, I laughed out loud the first time I read Cassandra Claire's Secret Diaries (and she is really the only one who can get away with girl-afying Legolas). And I chuckled a bit when I read some other peoples sites. But now it has just gotten old. Be creative people!!! Don't use the same humor over and over and over, because it just gets BORING!!!!

Yes I know, I need a life, as I am ranting about web sites. But please. I want to laugh again. I have faith and confidence in the LOTR fans of the world. Now go forth and find insparation!
