- The Rescue By Daniel Walkinshaw Discovering that King Scrunch and Peter are missing the freedom fighters set off to Planet Munch to retrieve their allies. Unfortunately they are ambushed by Junior and his platoon of ships, who has a score to settle. Meanwhile, the infamous Spikehairs find a way back to Boonalland from Tripocon, their home world in an alternate universe. Making a crash landing, Boonal and the others break into the royal palace to rescue King Scrunch and Peter, they head back to the shuttle, Peter fixes it and they head for home. Book 31. - The Return of The Spikehairs - Part 1 By Daniel and Ryan Walkinshaw Now back on Boonalland, after sending millions of recruits from Tripocon, the Captain launches a surprise attack on their enemy’s major city, Froboz. Meanwhile dumb assistants of the commander, Stronghold and Trouble-shooter, go on ahead to patrol “the great dividing range” in search of Boonal. The President informs Boonal of the invasion of Froboz and suspecting the work of The Munchers Boonal comes across Stronghold and Trouble-shooter, then heads towards the bombarding army in Froboz. Book 32. - The Return of The Spikehairs - Part 2 By Daniel and Ryan Walkinshaw Reaching Froboz, Boonal and the others are sucked into one of the Spikehairs dreadnaughts. After nearly meeting their doom with a pit of molten lava inside the dreadnaught, Boonal and the others escape. Meanwhile the Spikehair Captain uses his latest experiments on two Spikehair “heavy weapon dudes” and transforms them into mutants and sets them off to dispose of the meddling Boonal. Book 33. - The Return of The Spikehairs - Part 3 By Daniel Walkinshaw Running for their lives Boonal and the others try to figure out how to dispose of these mutants. It is at this point that The Munchers become aware of the situation and launch their own invasion on the already occupied Boonallanders. All begins to look grim when Shut-Up and Boonal are captured... Book 34. - The Return of The Spikehairs - Part 4 By Daniel Walkinshaw and Keith Hosey Rescued by pets Tammy and Co. Boonal and Shut-Up take Captain Spikehairs antidote and presses the self-destruct on his personal tank. One by one, the mutants, Flame ball Thrower and Six shot are disposed of with the reversal potion. The Spikehairs retreat back to the Dark Mountains of Boonalland. As Boonal and Co. return home they are ambushed by King Muncher’s Coral ship. But from out of the blue, Captain Spikehair appears saving Boonal, the Munchers retreat. The Captain warns Boonal that he will return less friendly. Meanwhile a Technobot escapes imprisonment on Tripocon and exits through a portal.. Book 35. - The Technobot - Part 1 By Daniel Walkinshaw and Keith Hosey The Technobot appears on the desolate Planet Scrunch and begins to regenerate the planet. Aware of strange goings on, Boonal and the others go to investigate. Mistaken for the people responsible for its destruction, the Technobot fires on the Boonal Gang, after an explanation from King Scrunch the Technobot decides to side with Boonal and the gang. Book 36. - The Technobot - Part 2 By Daniel and Ryan Walkinshaw As expected, King Munch soon learns of The Technobot and goes to the newly regenerated Planet Scrunch and captures The Technobot just before he is about to revive the Scrunchers. Boonal and Co. Are left tied up on Planet Scrunch. Soon the rest of the Boonal Gang become concerned and head off for Planet Scrunch, finding Boonal and the others, they then leave (without the tied up Boonal) and head for Planet Munch to retrieve the Technobot. Book 37. - The Technobot - Part 3 By Daniel Walkinshaw. With the help from the rest of the Boonal Gang, the Technobot is freed, it then revives the Scrunchers, and Queen Scrunch. A battle takes place in the palace. The Scrunchers fight their way to the giant shuttles and escape with the Technobot, and the Boonal Gang. They return to Planet Scrunch. After uniting Boonal and the others, the Boonal Gang return home with their new friend, The Technobot; Unaware of Punishers secret new experiments. Book 38. - The Giant Munchers - Part 1 By Daniel and Ryan Walkinshaw Now the Scrunchers have been revived its time to dispose of them again! Punisher sends his hoard of experimental “Giant Munchers” to Planet Scrunch, in order to dispose of their brother species and to lure Boonal into another trap! Leaving without Shut-Up, Boonal and the others go to Planet Scrunch but are captured alongside King and Queen Scrunch. It’s up to Shut-Up, with his new invention, to save his friends. Book 39. - The Giant Munchers - Part 2 By Daniel Walkinshaw and Sharon Hosey With even more experimental Giant Munchers coming to cause menace, Shut-Up has his hands full in his new upgraded Technobot Boonal Blimp, Shut-Up manages to set King and Queen Scrunch free but is soon outnumbered by the Giant Munchers, The Technobot and Shut-Up are imprisoned alongside Boonal and Co. Alone, King and Queen Scrunch come across the weapon capable of disposing of the Giant Munchers, they set off for Planet Munch to rescue their friends. Book 40. - The Giant Munchers - Part 3 By Daniel Walkinshaw and Sharon Hosey Breaking into King Muncher’s palace, King and Queen Scrunch dispose of all the giant munchers, free Boonal and Co. and escape. Meanwhile, on Tripocon, Emperor Spikehair informs Captain Spikehair that he is bringing the space station, The Lazerstorm, to Boonalland. It is then, on their way home that Boonal and Co. appear to be destroyed when the Technobot is destroyed by a U.F.O. Book 41. - The Return of the Lazerstorm - Part 1 By Daniel Walkinshaw The U.F.O. turns out to be the Lazerstorm. Thought to finally be rid of his enemy, The Emperor takes his flying station to the Dark Mountains of Boonalland. Unbeknown to The Emperor, Boonal and Co. survive (yet, the Technobot is beyond repair) and they teleport back to Boonalland to ready themselves for The Spikehair invasion. Meanwhile... Somewhere near Boonalland in the Trystar System a mysterious ship flies through space, on board is an anonymous character planning to destroy The Munchers “For what they did”! Book 42. - The Return of the Lazerstorm - Part 2 By Daniel Walkinshaw Launching a surprise attack on the Lazerstorm, Boonal and Co. advance on their enemies and board the station to finally give The Emperor what he deserves. Battling the many Spikehairs and confronting Captain Spikehair himself, Boonal is able to sabotage the station and ends up causing it to sink into Boonalland’s core, burning it up and hopefully seeing the last of those ruthless Spiky haired green men. Book 43. - The Story about the Egg? - Part 1 By Daniel Walkinshaw This episode explains the identity of the “anonymous character” featured in “The return of the Lazerstorm -Part 1"....This story is set 24 years ago on the origin world of the Munchers and Scrunchers. (An adaptation of Peter Dicinson’s story of their origin, which may or may not be true) After years of experiments Warlord Egg begins constructing his genetically engineered life forms on Planet Munch Scrunch World. Soon the whole planet is teeming with Munchers and Scrunchers. Relationships between the people and Warlord Egg become difficult, and young Munchers David and James (King Munch and Punisher) are imprisoned.. Their parents begin a rebellion to overthrow their master and invade the Warlords Technoegg to rescue their sons. Book 44. - The Story about the Egg! - Part 2 By Daniel Walkinshaw Inside the Technoegg, Bot Bot warriors ambush King Munch and Punisher’s parents, but escaping imprisonment, King Munch and Punisher save their parents and attempt to escape the Technoegg. Their parents are killed. Barely escaping with their lives, Punisher is confronted by his old enemy, Peter Dicinson their they fight in his Scrunch Giant. Fleeing Planet Munch Scrunch World, King Munch and the rest of the Munchers and Scrunchers soon follow pursuit, all escaping in asteroid pods... Just after Egg obliterates their origin world with a Multi-Melta bomb. Later Punisher and Peter leave the system far behind the others... To reach their next destination. Book 45. |
