Mia is a very sweet and gentle-hearted young woman.  I could totally see Mia and Kayura hanging out by the pool eating fresh strawberries and just being girls.  

Mia was born on May 28, 1970.  Her father is Japanese and her mother is French.  Mia is a bit of an intellect as well as a romantic so it seems fitting that her studies are in mythology and romance literature.  She does have a sort of girlish quality, but we unfortunately don't get to see it much due to the seriousness of the situations that her and the Ronins get in.  Mia is often stuck baby-sitting Yuli, but I don't think she really minds it.  I think she likes being able to physically protect someone since she can't physically help the Ronins.  Mia does, however, aid the Ronin Warriors in a much more important way.  She is their mediator, their guidance, and their "brain".  She also provides them with shelter and food, doing most of the cooking.  Mia was solely responsible in unlocking the coded poem left by her grandfather which brought the Ronins together, ultimately making them stronger.  One special trait that Mia has is her kind and gentle heart.  Lady Kayura felt really bad after she had been freed by Anubis about all the horrible things she did for Talpa.  She especially felt bad about Anubis's sacrifice.  But Mia gently consoled her and told her that it was not her fault, that she had been possessed by Badamon and it was all his doing.  Mia's words meant a lot to Kayura, but she felt unworthy of Mia's forgiveness.
