My name is Christianna and I am a certified AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America) personal fitness trainer.
My intrest in health and fitness began when I was 16, and has continued ever since. My passion for health and fitness in all areas of mental, emotional, physical and spiritual health has brought me to now, where I can share my knowledge and expertise!
My practice takes place in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
I am now 18 years young, now practicing on the endeavor of health and fitness!
