Personal Details:

David Christiansen was born at Starfleet Medical on March 14th, 2358 to his parents Christopher and Mary Christiansen in San Francisco, California. David lived as an only child until December 25th, 2366 when his younger sister, currently 16, was born. David was 8 years old at the time. David attended Zephram Cochrane High School and excelled in all his classes, allowing him to graduate at the age of 17 in June of 2372. In July of 2372, David applied to Starfleet Academy. September that same he year he begun training to become a Starship Pilot.

In August of 2376, David successfully completed Pilots training with high honours and was promoted to the rank of Ensign. On August 23rd, 2376, David was given the position of Assistant Flight Operator aboard the USS Arjuna. On January 26th, 2377, After 5 months of Exemplary Performance, David was promoted to the rank of Lt. Junior Grade and was allowed to leave the Arjuna and enrol in Starfleet Advanced Pilot's training. On July 30th, 2377, David successfully completed the 6 month course and again graduated with high honours. David was also promoted to the rank of Lt. and given the position of Assistant Chief Flight Control Officer aboard the USS Cashmere.

David remained on the Cashmere until March 2382 when he was transferred to the USS Montana as it's Chief Flight Control Officer. Mid 2382, Christiansen was reduced to Assistant Chief Flight Controller by Simmons after this involvement in the Garadia Incident. He was replaced by the more experienced new Officer, Lieutenant N'Vek, of Vulcan.

He soon grew tired of the treatment he was getting from Simmons, and took the first opportunity to get out, being assigned to the USS Resolution, as Assistant Chief Flight Controller.

Personality Profile:

Very open and honest and loyal. Easily makes friends and can establish strong relationships with others fairly easily. Loves to make others laugh and smile. David is easy going, and fits in very well with a new crew or group of people. Still Has an inner child and enjoys Holodeck simulations, Programming, swimming, hiking, jogging, skiing and snowboarding. Favourite hobby is Studying, constructing and programming Starship Data Transmission Networks. 

Special Notes:

Smiles almost all the time, Has a tendency to crack jokes to alleviate tense situations, very easy to get along with. He has successfully manoeuvred the Nebula Class USS Cashmere NCC-42149 through a dense asteroid belt with only slight assistance from the tactical officer. Also has knowledge of Holographic programming and has assisted in constructing several flight simulator programs.
