After a lengthy intro sequence, you are confronted with the omnipotent Q. He gives you a choice to either pack your bags and leave, or stay and help fight the Borg. In the first decision point (DP), your course of action should be to click on the phaser he offers you.

Your next DP takes place on the bridge, where you must pick your phaser over the Tri-Corder and fire at the Borg on the bridge. When asked to reconfigure the security console, you need to first remove chip 4 followed by chip 3. When the Borg awakens, you need to shoot the console that the Borg is accessing, not Ensign Targis, which Q tells you to do! When you enter the turbolift, you need to enter the code to take you to the computer core. Enter the code 150619. When you are confronted with the Borg implant in the computer core, your action is to do nothing.

After all this, you return to the bridge. When you eventually encounter Lt. Furlong in Jeffries tube 6, pick either hand (he cheats and it does not matter). You will go through the process of being "Borgatized." There is nothing you can do to prevent this. You will eventually return to the bridge and nothing you do will change the course of events that destroy the ship. When Q gives you another chance, again pick either hand in search of his communicator. Do this a couple of times, then the following time pick neither hand and you will wind up punching Lt. Furlong out. When he is laying on the floor, take his Phaser out of his holster by clicking on it. When it is in your hand -- and you turn it over to reveal the bottom -- press the button on the bottom of the phaser once. This will retune his phaser to a higher EM band.

When you again return to the bridge, click on the implant on Ensign Targis's head to use that to access the computer. When the implant needs to be removed from her head, remove it. Q will prompt you not to, but you must. Do not use the hypospray on her.

When you beam to the Borg ship, do not shoot any of the Borg. When you reach the Console, enter in code 133422 slowly -- about a second in between each button or it will not work. Avoid the temptation to double-click the 3s and 2s.

For stupidity reasons, Ensign Targis shoots one of the Borg, and the sequence from here out is unchangeable. You will return to the ship and be destroyed. It is in these final moments Ensign Targis realizes she made a mistake, and that you need a live Borg. You are returned to the Borg ship again. Do not shoot any of the Borg. When the hypo spray is given to you, enter the code 1331 for Biajaini Adrenaline. When you are confronted with the Borg, do not inject the Borg. However, inject yourself with the hypo spray.

Then enjoy another lengthy sequence of events. When you are confronted on the bridge of the ship again with a Borg, there is a small white dot at the bottom of the screen, dead center. Press it and a control panel will appear. Enter in the code 61330 -- again, do it slowly. Now just sit back and enjoy your victory.
