Chewbacca:

          Chewbacca was born on the planet Kashyyyk. He is more than two centuries old. He can be a loyal and trusting friend but he can also be a fierce and deadly enemy. He is a top-notch pilot and a good mechanic.
          Chewbacca left his home planet of Kashyyyk at the age of 50 standard years. He wanted to explore the galaxy and reach new heights. Everything was going fine for about 140 years. He was captured and sold to Imperial forces as a slave. Years before his planet had been forced into slavery, a trajedy he had not known of. He was forced into a hard-labor came and severely mistreated. He was later freed by a young Han Solo. Under Wookiee tradition Chewbacca now owed Solo a "life debt." He would first protect him under this tradition but soon grew to love him as a friend and brother. He aided Solo in the smuggling of certain goods, which soon became a career.
          Chewbacca soon revisited his home planet of Kashyyyk. There his father was being looked after by a female Wookiee named Mallatobuck. Chewbacca fell in love with her and later married her. They had a child together, Lumpawarrump.
          During a spice-smuggling run for the crime lord Jabba the Hutt, he and Solo had to dump their cargo before being boarded by Imperials. They had to return to Tatooine and face Jabba but before visiting him they ran into an odd pair of gentlemen, Obi-Wan Kenobi and Luke Skywalker. They accepted a job that would pay enough to quiet Jabba. That encounter would change Chewbacca's life forever. He aided in the rescue of Princess Leia and the destruction of the first Death Star. He would soon embark in many adventures and missions for the Rebellion. When Leia and Solo married he helped raise their children. At one point he and Solo were imprisoned and put to work in the Spice Mines of Kessel.
          When Chewbacca found out that Solo had been kidnapped by the Yevetha he disobeyed orders (given by Leia) to go to Coruscant and instead went to save his friend. With the aid of his cousins Jowdrrl, Dryanta, Shoran, and his son Lumpawarrump, he saved Solo who was aboard the Yevethan ship, Pride of Yevetha.
          Chewbacca later brought Luke Skywalker a Jedi trainee, his nephew Lowbacca.
          Chewbacca has been loyal to the Rebellion and has aided in many battles and missions but to his friends he will always be Chewie.
