What to Expect in Episode III
FoxNews.com has posted a small article where George Lucas talks about Episode III and criticism of Hayden Christensen. This is what he had to say:
"I know what I want to do," he said, "it was mapped out from my original writing for 30 years. But still you have these two pieces - Clones and Chapter IV - and you have to make them fit together. You're going to see a lot about Anakin and Luke and Princess Leia's mother, all the adults. And of course Luke and Leia will be infants in it."

I asked him whether he cared about the criticism of Hayden Christensen, who played Anakin in Clones. "Not a bit," Lucas said, "this is a talented kid. Years from now people are going to say, was he always so good, and look at Clones, and realize yes."

George Lucas Sighting
This is kind of old but on Dec. 9, 2002 a girl named Jen sighted George Lucas. I found this one on E! Online in the celeb sighting section. Here is what she had to say: "I was in my hometown of Mill Valley, CA. I was crossing the street downtown with my grandmother, and he came flying down the street in a dark green BMW, he stopped about a foot away from us, stuck his head out of the window and said 'Geeze, I'm really sorry, I'm in a hurry!' Everyone on the street was saying 'OH MY GOD, THAT'S GEORGE LUCAS!' All I was thinking about is that I should have let him run over my foot, I could have gotton millions." I thought it was pretty funny.

Happy New Year to everybody. We are keeping from posting anything right now except for this until we totally settled in with the new design and we make sure everything is ok. We may still have a few kinks down the road, who knows. We are trying to make this place the most informative Star Wars website around, otherwise we wouldn't be call Star Wars Information Database now would we. We have several updates coming up including some Episode III news that you may or may not have already heard but we will post it up anyway. We are also working on several sections that we couldn't finish up in time for the release including information on vehicles, weapons and organizations. Please don't forget to vote for the most evil villian when it pops up and please vote for us at the Golden Anakin Awards presented by Cloud City Online.

Here it is, the new and improved Star Wars Information Database v.7.0. We now have the largest database of species, ships, and bios combined. We have a large selection of images from Episode I to Episode VI. We also have quizzes to test your knowledge, multimedia to enjoy, and sermons to read. You can enjoy fan fiction, fan art, fan pics, and even submit some yourself. We have created new buttons and have added a new banner. We now have a banner exchange that can be found at the bottom of the page. Also, webmasters, you can take the time to apply for an SWIDB award. We have also won the golden web award and are pretty proud of that. The site is best viewed at 800 x 600 and we are currently working on a 1024 x 768. If you are currently viewing the site at 1024 x 768 you may notice some distortion and breaks. To view the site the way it is meant to be viewed, please switch your monitor to 800 x 600. We hope that you like the new design. Please tell us about it on the tagboard. We will also begin the thought of the month on the tagboard next week so check in on that.
