Note : For some people ( example, Finn, Fury(much more so in her case, she's VERY polite), Claude, Noish, Mideel)....those 'you've been waiting for me?' parts had some polite overtones. Like it has "You took the time to wait for me?" connotations.
But that's a minor thing, and I don't know if that nuance should be translated, since it's not very direct and it's not very clear-cut. And there's those 'watashi', 'atashi', 'ore' things that I'm at a loss about as to know to make the nuances carry.  So...this note is for your understanding, just in case.
