| ~For Christmas or birthday presents, my parents and grand-parents would often give us art and craft projects to do. My dad would sometimes sit with me and show me neat drawing tips. I'd bring my folks sketches of funny, barrel-bellied horses that I had drawn, and they'd encourage me to keep on drawing. I doodled my way through academy, and not just in art class either. My teachers never seemed convinced, but I really was listening! Over the years I've compiled a nice, little portfolio containing some of my better experimentations with different mediums and styles. Art is definitely one of my passions. ~ |
