Rescue 45 crew assisting with pt care at a fatal accident on SR220 in Clinton County.  Rescue 45 crew worked with CC 8 to extricate one from the back seat.

Rescue 45 was dispatched mutual aid to this working house fire in Charlton.  Rescue 45 crew advanced a 2" line in the rear of the structure to put a hit on the fire.

Rescue 45 and MICU 94 working an auto accident w/ Woodward Twp. (Co.2) when a tractor trailer ran over the front of this car on Rt 220 @ the Harvest Moon.

5-18-02- Rescue 45 was special called to Rt 44 on the island for an auto accident, two vehicles head with entrapment and one fatality.  Rescue 45 crew worked with Independent Hose (Co3) and Antes Forte (Co31) to free one female occupant pinned by the dash.

6-15-02- 70 Stewart St. Woodward Twp. House fire w/ Woodward Twp. Co.2. Rescue 45 arrived second piece onscene behind Squad-2.  Rescue crew assisted with initial fire attack and ventilation.  Fire was contained to the basement.
