Dr Fred Osman
Fred Osman is a lecturer in the School of Quantitative Methods & Mathematical Sciences at the University of Western Sydney. Fred has been responsible for teaching mathematics and statistics for all levels in both science and business degree programs. His research interest are in the area of Relativistic Self-focusing and Soliton Theory concentrating on the underlying geometry together with the admittance of Darboux and Backlund transformations of soliton surfaces both continuous and discrete. Fred has also participated with professional consultancy activities in collaborate research projects with various institutions in Australia, Austria, Germany and Japan.
