- Kidnapping and selling a man (Ex. 21:16, Deut. 24:7)
- Murder (Ex. 21:12)
- Working on the Sabbath (Ex. 31:15, 35:2, Num. 15:32-36)
- Adultery (Lev. 20:10, Deut. 22:22)
- Worshipping foreign gods (Lev. 20:2, Num. 25:1-9, Deut. 13:6-15, 17:2-5)
- Blasphemy (Lev. 24:14-16)
- Being a witch or wizard or having a familiar spirit
  (Ex. 22:18, Lev. 20-27)
- Presuming to be a prophet (Deut. 13:5, 18:20)
- Incest (Lev. 20:11,14)
- Lying about being a virgin (Deut 22:17-21)
- Whoring, if you are a priest's daughter (Lev. 21:9)
