Note: CARGO 360 DOES NOT require an approved Reciprocal Jump seat agreement prior to travel.
Reservations
Reservations can be made online by clicking on the link: www.cargo360.aero/jumpseat. Complete the profile (this must be done for the first jump seat but not there after). Once this has been done
You may access the system by completing the online form, call 800-???-???? and ask for the jump seat, or by faxing your request to 8??-???-????. Domestic riders will be vetted via CASS, however International riders must provide necessary the information 24 hrs prior to scheduled departure for TSA requirements.
Verification Procedures
Domestic: (Destinations between all 50 states and territories.)
CASS compliant riders will provide Name, ID number and Airline Code to the Jump seat Coordinator via any of the above methods. Jump seat riders will be required to provide the operating captain with his/her Air Carrier ID, an airmen certificate, and a current medical certificate.
International: (Must be completed 24 hrs prior to departure )
FDAR
This procedure is for International riders only and requires Cargo 360 to alternately verify identity. Please fax a copy of your ID and Passport to the jump seat coordinator @206-???-????. In addition, Cargo 360 must be provided with an email address, fax or telephone contact number to requester’s dispatch/system control, crew scheduling or human resources department for employment verification.
Check in

Travel is on a “space available” basis. Most aircraft can accommodate up to 5 riders, however aircraft may be full due to deadheading crew and or line checks. It is advised to have alternate travel plans. |

Due to the nature of our flying, schedules are subject to change. It is advised to confirm departure time/date with Cargo 360 Operations prior to arrival at airport. |

Due to varying airport security procedures, jump seat riders are required to check-in at the designated crew hotel or predetermined location per Cargo 360 Operations with the operating crew two hours prior to departure and will be escorted to and from Cargo 360 aircraft. |

Jump seat riders will be subject to security screening before being allowed access to the flight deck. Security screening consists of hand held metal detector wand, and physical inspection of personal property. After the inspection, any luggage will be loaded on the main deck or and the jumps eater will not have unaccompanied access to the luggage for the duration of the flight. |
