With only about 5 seconds in the ring, Wrisk was Heavyweight Champion from the Special Rules. But that didn't seem fair to anyone, including The Prez. The Prez made his way to ringside and grabbed a microphone. The Prez asked the time keeper a few questions and found that Triple H was in the match around 27 minutes more than Wrisk, and went through hell, just to win it. The Prez then whispered something in Finkel's ear. Finkel then announced the new and deserving Heavyweight Champion, was Triple H!
