St. David's Vestry is the church's "Board of Directors." Its members are elected for three-year terms by parishioners at each year's annual meeting. The Vestry represents the congregation. It advises the Rector in matters of church programs and operations, and monitors church resources, from weekly offerings, to the physical plant, to church capital and holdings. The Vestry meets monthly, and at other times during the year as necessary, to assist in guiding all aspects of the church and to help safeguard its well-being.
