~The Kittens~

Xena: We get a page together because our stories start together.

Zack: You see, early on Friday morning, just before Mother's Day, our mommy was taken away.

Xena: We don't know where she went.

Zack: Or why the mean Animal Control had to take her.

Xena: But there we were, left alone, prey for everything.

Zack: I was getting really hungry.

Xena: And I was really scared! I wanted my mommy.

So I began to scream. And scream. And scream.

Zack: But then we heard someone coming so Xena had to stop yelling.

We didn't know who it was.

Xena: So the next day we looked for a way off this tall building we had been born on.

We were thirsty and so hungry.

Zack: But we couldn't find anything! And Mommy was gone. ::cries::

Xena: So I started screaming again. And this time when people approached I didn't stop.

Zack: I was scared so I stayed huddled down on the roof.

Xena: I finally got their attention so they brought us food and got us down off the hot roof.

Zack: Food!! ::chomp chomp::

Mother: Don't eat the leaf! Don't Eat the leaf! ::flatly:: He ate the leaf.

Zack: Okay... so I was a little confused.

Xena: They wrapped us up in a warm blanket and took us home.

Zack: But I wanted my mommy.

Xena: I needed to suck.

::finds Maggie's or Judy's arm and begins to suck::

Xena: The next day they took us to the vet and left us.

Zack; The day after that they came back and got us.

Xena: They couldn't say goodbye and for that we're glad.
