Rosalie "Ro" Rowen

Ro is Zee's partner. With her help and street sense, Zee is able to get through situations, everyday and dangerous, that he would be completely stuck in without her. Most TZP fans believe that there is a romantic connection between the two.

Ro is also an orphan. She was placed in many foster homes as a child, including the Morgan's, until she was finally put in a girl's home. Because of what she went through she is sarcastic and a bit mistrusting of other people.
