A St. Charles County Tradition Since 1981
Stefanina's Restaurant has become a landmark in O'Fallon. The Roderick family opened the family-owned and family-oriented restaurant in 1981 with just two employees and a seating capacity for 60 customers. Today, the restaurant supports 65 employees and has expanded to serve 175 customers. Stefanina's Restaurant was originally located in the O'Fallon Square Shopping Center. They had quickly out-grown that location and moved to their present location on the South Service Road in O'Fallon. The Roderick family has experienced many changes throughout the years, but one thing is constant, the loyal supportive customers who made their dream a reality.
Stefanina Vitale Roderick is originally from Sicily. She moved to the United States with her family during her early teens. She and her son, Glen, and her son-in-law, Dan Breen, opened the restaurant after moving from North St. Louis County. Stefanina's reputation for cooking excellent Italian Cuisine motivated their decision to open the restaurant. Dan would say, "You're a great cook... you should open a restaurant!" It is easy to understand how Stefanina's Restaurant has become one of the most popular Restaurants in the area. Outside of the fact they serve the finest pizza and Italian food, they are very supportive citizens in the community. They treat their customers like members of their family.
