The 3 Crazy Blonde Sisters -- Who are they?
Ashley:
Born on August 30th, 1984 in the outskirts of Sacramento, California (for all of you who don't know where that is I am talking about, it would be Carmichael), Ashley Rachelle Baker is now 19 and resides in St. Paul, MN with her mother, father, older brother, twin sister, and two younger sisters, one 17 and the other almost 2. She sports deep sapphire eyes and blonde hair that goes past her shoulders, which leads her to claiming to have a ton of "blonde moments". Hey, who is blonde and doesn't have those moments?
Ask those who know Ashley the best and they will tell you that she is the more quiet and shy twin, but be not fooled by outward personality. She has her dorky moments (though not nearly as much as her twin, Stephanie), and can be very outspoken when she feels like it, not to forget to mention sarcastic!
Ashley is a freshman at a community college in St. Paul where she is currently getting her basic courses out of the way. She has interests in going into some type of profession where she would be working with children (so far, she has her thoughts on elementary teacher, pediatrician, or social worker). She works full time in a day care, which only makes sense since she loves being around children and hopes to have a career based around them. Aside from her interest in working with children, her biggest passion is music, specifically singing. It is the one thing she feels she can put her all into. You can find her singing 24/7 whether it be outloud or in her head. She hopes to record a demo soon.
Ashley became a Backstreet Boys fan during the summer of 1998 when she was in Midland, Texas on a trip with her father. They had stopped at a 7-11 gas station for gas and while her father went in to pay for the gas, Ashley turned on the radio to 106.7. A few seconds later, the radio DJ announced that "I'll Never Break Your Heart" by the Backstreet Boys would be played next. She immediately fell in love with the song and was officially won over as a BsB fan as of that moment. Of course, she'd heard of the Backstreet Boys prior to that moment and had actually used the song "Quit Playing Games (With My Heart)" for one of her 8th grade Core Class projects, but it was "I'll Never Break Your Heart" that won her over as a BsB fan and became her favorite BsB song. INBYH is still Ashley's favorite and always will be.
During the year of 1999, Ashley attempted to write her very first piece of fan fiction. It was a short piece titled "Undying Love" with the main character being Brian (her favorite Backstreet Boy). She's not proud of the story and not many have read it. She chose not to publish it on the net. A few months after her first fan fiction attempt, Ashley started a co-authored fiction with one of her online friends who resides in Sydney, Australia. The story was called "Love Story - Backstreet Style" that fell apart after a long while, lost in the memory of her mind. Ashley enjoy's co-authoring stories and also writes on her own. Her unfinished story "As Beautiful As You" is the one she is most proud of up to date and will be featured on Step Back From Reality under her section.

STEPHANIE:
Born on August 30th, 1984, Stephanie Holly Baker was brought into the world in the outskirts of the capital of California, Sarcramento. While her parents divorced when she and her twin, Ashley, were 11, Stephanie still has strong connections with both mother and father, even though she got kicked out of her mother and step-father's house at the age of 18. But all the obstacles in her life has just made Stephanie a stronger and better person. She resides in St. Paul, MN and will be starting her first quarter of college this coming spring. Stephanie has been accepted at UW River Falls, working for a degree in Journalism and Marketing Communications.
With her past shoulder length blonde hair and stormy blue eyes with small rimmed glasses, Stephanie has heard all the dumb blondes jokes known to man. While she does have blonde moments (who doesn't!), she has all of her passion in writing, singing and basketball. While she has been fulfilling the first two, she hasn't played basketball for school since she was in the 8th grade, which Stephanie regrets everyday, but she hopes to try out when she gets to college.
The day Stephanie first heard the Backstreet Boys, she was depressed. The song was 'Quit Playing Games (With My Heart)', and it reminded her of the painful divorce her parents had finalized. Her heart always broke when she heard the song, until one summer in 1998. Stephanie and her siblings were visiting their grandparents and they were surfing the channels until she stumbled onto MTV. They played videos all day, and this one was the Backstreet Boys. Ironically, it was the same song that hurt to listen to. 'Quit Playing Games (With My Heart)'. She laughed at the video, which looked really corny, but she was subconsciously hooked from then on. After buying their first U.S. CD, Stephanie was a dedicated fan, loving the Boys more and more each day.
Stephanie started writing when she was in the 4th grade, after her teacher had given the class an assignment to write a short story. Her teacher, Ms. Talamantez, loved what she wrote and even told Stephanie's parents that she could very well be an author one day. Since then, that dream has been in her mind, all thanks to a very special teacher. The day she started to write Backstreet Boy fan fiction was her freshmen year of high school. Her good friend Erin read it and fell in love, which inspired Stephanie to continue this new passion. Because of this talent, she has made many new friends, both on and off the Internet.
Her most popular story, Viva Forever, Mi Amor, was at one time on the site Fanfiction.Net. Thanks to some 'changes' in the 'rules' for fanfiction, Stephanie's story was deleted before she could get to it. So, she is working hard at it again with the help of her sister Ana, and hopes to have it finished soon. She and Ana did create a sequel, but it is halfway finished and officially on hiatus. As soon as it is finished, Viva Forever, Mi Amor will be put up on the website.

ANA:
The youngest of the three sisters graced the world on September 7th, 1985. Christened with the name Anastacia Grace. She always had the faith of God with her and her mother, even through the roughest times of her life. She started life in Cherry Point, North Carolina, a bundle of joy for her mother on a lonely military base. Her parents divorced when she was only one, and with the divorce she gained several brothers and sisters between her mother’s remarriage and her biological father’s remarriage. Anastacia has four brothers and two sisters (which isn’t including the twins).
This life hasn’t been the easiest to maintain for Anastacia, but she’s slowly breaking ground for freedom. She gave herself to God during one summer, and never looked back. Now she is dreaming of putting her intelligence to good use. She plans on attending College next year after 2003 Commencement and gaining a career in the medical field. Anastacia is planning on becoming a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and opening her own clinic. With straight As throughout her senior year of high school, it seems like a very tangible possibility.
Anastacia has many characteristics that bring her joy (and hopefully her friends joy) in life. She maintains a cheery personality despite the cruelties of her life. Her sense of humor is over the top sometimes, and always apparent in every situation. Sometimes, it seems she’s too funny to handle. Her friends tease her at times for being a little too bold and outgoing, but it’s quite the change from the shell of a shy girl during past years of life. Anastacia loves her friends, and would die for them. She also has a bold joy for helping children, which was nurtured from the past summer of working at her church’s Neighborhood Missions Program.
Anastacia first fell in love with BSB when she was in sixth grade. Her friend had their CD, and played ‘If You Want It To Be Good Girl (Get Yourself a Bad Boy).’ After that sassy song, Anastacia was hooked. She enjoyed the Spanish qualities of Howie and AJ (her affairs of love with the Spanish culture of men is quite amusing), and discovered that she enjoyed their voices, music, and quirks the most.
Anastacia first started writing fan fiction when her eighth grade teacher challenged her to write a horror story. Being the favorite genre of stories to Anastacia, she created a fictional tale of Brian and a insane and murderous love interest. That was the day that Anastacia discovered her love of writing fan fictions, and never stopped from that point.
Anastacia fondly enjoys making new friends, no matter where they live. She lives for the social aspects of her culture. Hopefully, someone reading this will have the boldness to find her a friend, because she’ll welcome you all with a loving smile.
