No Way Out Results

The show started off with the debut of the nWo. They got a big pop, and said they just wanted to be given a chance to work with the great talent in the WWF. They later had great skits with both Stone Cold and The Rock backstage.

The first match was the Tag Team Turmoil match featuring the return of The Hardyz. The last two teams were the APA and Chuck & Billy. The APA won the tag titles shot at Wrestlemania when Bradshaw gave Billy a hell of a Clothesline From Hell. A good match to open the show with.

Goldust vs RVD really surprised me. It was actually a really good match. Goldust can really wrestle when he wants to. The match went both ways until RVD hit the 5 Star Frog Splash for the pin.

I didn't give two shits about the Tazz/Spike vs Booker/Test. I went for a bathroom break and continued my quest to get drunk and wasn't really paying attention. All I know is Tazz and Spike won with the Tazzmission on one of them.

Edge vs Regal would have been better if I hadn't seen the same match with the same finish a million times. Edge got the brass knucks but before he got a chance to use them, Regal pulled different ones from his tights and retained his IC Title by knocking out Edge.

Next was the Rock/Taker match. A good match but again, would have been better if I hadn't seen it so many times. Flair came in and stopped Taker from using a lead pipe and got booted in the face for it. But he later hit Taker with the same pipe to give Rock the win. Kind of lame if you ask me.

The highlight of HHH vs Angle was clearly how DAMN HOT Stephanie looked in her refferee clothes. It was a really good match but I can't wait for the roster split to happen so I don't have to watch the same people fight all the time. Steph got knocked out twice and HHH tried to pedigree her but Angle hit him with two chair shots and an Angle Slam to get the victory and get his spot in the main event at Wrestlemania. My prediction is that Flair will make Wrestlemania a Triple Threat between Angle, HHH and the champion.

Next was Jericho vs Austin which was the best match of the night in my opinion. The ref got knocked down and Austin got the Stunner when the nWo ran in beat the crap out of Stone Cold. Jericho then rolled over on him and got the three count which makes me very happy. It's good to have a Canadian in the main event at Wrestlemania Especially since it's held in Toronto this year.

A pretty good PPV, even though it was just a set up for Wrestlemania. I give it about a 7 or 8/10.
