Anime Slam Dunk is one of the most well-known basket-o anime, Its start off with Hanamichi Sakuragi's 50th rejection. The redhead, loudmouth and resident trouble guy did not know a thing about basketball except that girls likes guys in the game. When he met Haruko Akagi, his whole prespective changed. Hanamichi struggled to prove his worth in front of haruko's eye by becoming the "GENIUSE" Of basketball. In the process, he found out that there was more to the game than just shooting hoops, getting punched on the head of gorilla-like captain and figthing almost all your teammates especially the annoying fox aka super rookie. Basketball was a game worth figthing and loving kor in itself.
