Have you ever looked up into the sky, day or night, and seen a light or an object that you just can't explain?

Well if you have, you have just seen an Unidentified Flying Object (UFO). Someone else might try to pass it off as a normal everyday occurance, such as an airplane or a bird. However, this flying object is foreign to you, so in your mind it is unidentified. This phenomonon is not just for the believers out there, but for the non-believers too. This portion of this site is devoted to the hope that we are not alone in the universe, and holds with that, the belief that there is life on other planets.

The question isn't whether or not we want to believe, it's just a matter of time before we find it.

There are now found to be more than single planet star systems in our own galaxy than first projected. In a star system only a mere 10.5 light years away from our own solar system, there is a star with three or four planetoids orbiting it. They are most like Jupiter or Saturn, however upon this new scientific data brought forth, this increases the chance that there will be an earth-like planetoid orbiting some lonely star out there, and if there is life on that planet, are they looking into the sky wondering if there is life on other planets as well? Is their technology going to be more advanced, or more primitive than that of our own? These are all things to ponder as we enter into this new millennium. And one last thing to think about. Are we, as the human race, ready to go out, and with open arms, and meet a race of beings that are, either technologically, mentally, physically, and physiologically more or less advanced than we as a race are?

I think that if we do in fact make "first contact" it would make the world take a closer look at ourselves, and realise how feeble the human existance is in the grander scheme of the happenings of the universe. I think that it would somewhat open our eyes and see that all of the warring, hate and racism is all very trivial and stupid, especially when it comes to the fact of extra-terrestrial life.
