1.2.2. Password sites

I don't use this resource often enough. Before you begin it's a good idea to turn off the java on your browser to avoid the pesky popup consoles that'll drive you crazy. These are the windows that popup unbidden at any time but most frequently when you leave a site. They can come so fast that you're computer will become jammed and you'll have to reboot.
To turn off the java for Netscape:

1. Click on the word Edit in the command bar at the top of your browser.
2. Click on the word Preferences.

3. Click on the word Advanced (not on the little cross, as you might expect).

4. Unselect Enable Java and Enable JavaScript
5. Then click the OK button at the bottom of this window.
