This is a blanket hanging from the ceiling, which is used as a "green screen" for most "live" shots. Green screens, like blue screens, are used to combine two different shots. Anything that has a similar color is transparent. | Being poor sucks. Here's a chair with a jacket wrapped around it to give the illusion that it's a different type of chair. Only the top part is filmed. |

The Stuff Ezonics EZCam: Used for filming all live-action scenes Labtec AM-242 PC Microphone: Used to record the audio The Internet: Used for background pictures and videos, music and sound effects from various sources, also research VidCap: Cam program used to capture the video and audio Adobe Premiere 6: Used to edit the video and add special effects, including portals and most anything else that appears as a sphere of light, and various other effects Adobe After Effects: As of Episode 4, this is used to help clean up the video and also to add various special effects Jasc Animation Shop: Also used to add special effects, including lasers, electrical discharges and others 3D Studio Max 3.0: Used to create and animate 3D models and computer-generated shots and backgrounds XARA 3D: Used for 3D text effects Paint Shop Pro 3.11: Used for titles and captions Cool Edit Pro: Used to edit sound and music VirtualDub: Used to combine, edit and export all parts of the episode to one final file |
