12	A	John Bevard.
13	Q	Spell your last name.

15	Q	What’s your business, profession or occupation?
16	A	I’m a police officer, captain, at the Bartlesville
17	Police Department.
18	Q	How long have you been employed there?
19	A	22 and a half years.
20	Q	And you said you’re rank was captain?
21	A	Yes.
22	Q	And what do you do as captain there at the police
23	department?
24	A	I’m the supervisor over records, dispatch and
25	jailers.

1		On the evening of June 11th, 1990, did you have
2	occasion to proceed to the Steve Allen residence?
	A	Yes, I did.
4	Q	Will you tell the ladies and gentlemen of the jury
5	what your purpose was in going there?
6	A	I heard a call go out over my police scanner that I
7	had in my residence. I went to the area to see if I could
8	give	any assistance to locate a possible suspect.
9	Q	Were you requested to ever bring anything to the
10	Steve Allen residence?
11	A	Yes, I was.
12	Q	And tell us what that was please, sir.
13	A	Officer Mason and Pottroff was the investigating
14	officers at the scene. They was requesting a video
15	camcorder to be brought to the -- to the scene from the
16	police department. I went to the police department and
17	delivered that to them.
18	Q	Approximately what time would that have been?
19	A	Oh, probably about ten p.m.
20	Q	Did it later come to your attention that there was a
21	video made there at the scene?
22	A	Yes, I believe there was.
23		Have you had a chance to view the video?
24	A	No, I did not.
