| Owners of George Frideric Handel's London home once staged an exorcism after two people said they saw a ghost here. The ghost has been seen twice in the bedroom of 25 Brook Street in central London. An employee, recalling his first sighting, said the air got very thick and he saw a shape, higher than him, like the imprint on the back of your retina when you close your eyes, having been looking at the sun for too long. The shape seemed to be that of a woman. Another staff member also witnessed it on a second occasion. Staff have also reported a strong smell of perfume in the bedroom. |
