victoria & albert museum
The V&A museum is said to house Englands most haunted bed – this exquisite piece of carpentry was originally made for King Edward IV by Jonas Fosbrooke. Over time, the bed has been sold and passed on through numerous inns around the area of Ware in Hertfordshire – though it is believed that anyone who ever slept in it has at some stage been disturbed by the disgruntled spirit of Fosbrooke who remained annoyed at the fact that his special creation was being taken for granted
