| The ghost of an elderly man haunts this building - either a former Caretaker or somebody who lived in one of the houses, which used to exist before the Backstage area of the Theatre was extended. Known as "Johnnie Hoy", tradition dictates that the last person leaving the Theatre wishes him goodnight. |
