Test Show #3 (12/10/05) - Athens, GA

On the Road with Georgia Championship Wrestling

Scorpio defeated P.J Walker with a 420 Splash off the top rope. (07:15)

- Much better from Walker (Credible) and Scorpio (who dropped the antiquated "2 Cold" moniker) who both worked a faster-paced, hard-hitting style and together with the revised gimmicks made for a better match than the one they had in Atlanta.

Ghetto Superstars (Booker T & Orlando Jordan) downed Pure Dynamite (John Walters & Josh Daniels) when Jordan nailed Walters with the Black Ice. (08:24)

- Booker & Orlando gelled well together and look like they could form a good team while Pure Dynamite looked great in the ring but seemed to be missing something.

Kronik (Brian Adams & Bryan Clarke) blasted Men on a Mission (Mable & Mo) w/Oscar when Kronik nailed Mo with the High Times. (03:51)

- Kronik kept this short but simple and looked effective doing so, their test will be over longer matches. Meanwhile Nelson Frazier this time came out as his former WWF gimmick Mable together with his former Men on a Mission buddies after his Viscera gimmick tanked on the last show. The fans didn't really get into this retro gimmick despite the initial small pop and a frustrated Frazier (Mable) turned on his partners blasting his partner Mo and Manager Oscar with big splashes.

Next-up, Matt Striker came out with DDP as his manager (circa WCW 89') and did a spot-on send-off of Gorgia's own Michael "PS" Hayes of Freebirds and NWF fame. Striker took the piss out of his drunkeness and failed singing career, doing awful Sintra songs and more.

Sting and Raven downed The Damaja and Tempest when Sting made Tempest submit to the Scorpion Deathlock. (12:33)

- Everyone in this match showed that they had what it takes, Sting showing he still had the hunger when provoked by the young Damaja and Tempest who gave credible accounts of theirself.
