Celebrations

Welcome to a new addition. This is the Celebrations Page. Here I will share with you some of the holiday and birthday celebrations. Hey, this way it'll almost be like you were here with us.

Happy New Year!

We'll begin with the New Year's festivities at Mildred and Raymond's. A family tradition. Unfortunately, I was sick in bed all day, and was unable to attend. So I had to settle for sitting home watching the 8 hour marathon of The Godfather Saga. Sorry, everyone! I would much rather have been there with you. I was looking forward to seeing Brunie and Lali, who made the trip up from North Carolina. And Uncle Willie and Kay, who always try to attend as well. But, thanks to Mom and Titi Mildred, we have pictures.

And, since Abuela turned 90 on December the 15th, the party was twice as nice.

We are looking good, Baby!
Some of the family present on New Year's Eve. Kay, Mildred, Willie, Bertha, Brunie, Raymond. And we all know who that "Little Person" is, don't we?
While they were at it, they celebrated Abuela's 90th birthday.
Just 'cause she's 90, don't mean she can't dance!
Keep dancin' Honey! It's the only way to stay warm up here this time of year. Sure glad I moved down south!
Hey look! Cousin Anthony was there, too.

"Oye!! Que jesso?"

Happy Birthday, Mom!

January 30th was Mom's birthday. Here she is surrounded by her little angels.

Jamie, Grandma, Cruz, Rachel and Abuela. Why does Cruz always look like he's about to start trouble?
Debbie and Tita get into the act. They don't look too innocent either, do they?
