ABOUT

BVE is a train driving, simulation game, similar to that of Microsoft Train Simulator,

although a lot more realistic and fun to play.

BVE was designed by a Person called Mackoy, and has become very popular around the globe, especially by the English and also the Germans.

There are 46 Non Fictional UK routes, some which are still in production, 27

Fictional UK routes, which are mostly ready to download and Drive and amazingly 15 London underground routes all ready to drive and as well as all these there are

various other UK routes available to download.

Within the world there must be thousands of routes either in production or ready to drive many of these non UK ones can be found at the brilliant BVE-Routes site (click picture below to get there)

All The data above was collected from the site below, many thanks to them for that

All of the above are based on estimates and due to the ever-growing range of lines they are likely to be out of date soon. Sorry if this causes any inconvenience.

As well as many routes for BVE there are also many, many trains available to drive on the many routes and they are designed to be as close and realistic as the real thing as possible and I myself having drove them cant stress that enough.

I have counted 96 UK trains most which are drivable some will probably still be in production (Data again from Virtual Rail, click image above for site) and there will be many other NON UK trains available ranging from old 1930`s steam trains to high speed passenger trains, I assure you there are many out there.

There are also many London Underground trains available, 17 to be exact (including DLR train)  to drive on your London underground routes, or if you downloaded the brilliant route randomizer, available on the BVE EXTRAS page on this site, you can even drive a LU train on a mainline UK route, for a bit of fun,

although using the train that really drives that route makes things more realistic.

Many UK trains are available from the BVE UK Train collection, just click the picture below to access the site.
