Telling it as it is!

Foot in Mouth: The Royals

With all the news headlines of late regarding Foot and Mouth it was only natural that one of the more parasitic Royals (Sophie Windsor)would put her foot in her mouth!

Sophie revealed her opinions on everyone from the PM to other Royals to a News of the World reporter dressed as a Sheik!

Like anyone cares?

Obliviously they do as the Royals sell papers and for Writers like myself it adds more ammunition to my beliefs that the Royals are a waste of space and parasites of Tax payers moneys.

Money on Track!

Railtrack received £1.5bn from public funds this week for improvements to the tracks and service this week from John Prescott.

I'm not one to knock the railways as I feel that they are blessing that has been essential to this economy for a long time, but the management is a joke!

The accidents over the last few years should never have happened, and if the those 'high up' spent the excessive amounts that their individual companies receive from Ticket sales (and the extortionate buffet carriages) on maintenance rather than undeserving bonuses the rail network would not be in the state that it is in!

Apologize Bush!

With China and the US blaming each other for the collision of a US spy plane and a Chinese fighter over China it's about time that ol' Dubya apologies to the Chinese and aim for the release of his men!

I have always been a supporter of America, but since Dubya came to power I have no love for the Jackass they chose as President.

I predicted that Dubya would screw-up before he came into power and this incident fuels my beliefs.

The question is what were the Americans doing where they were, and why were they there?

From where I stand they seem to be the ones that are at fault and had the positions been reversed, I'm sure that the Americans would have done the same to the Chinese airmen as their authorities have done to the American.

So George for the sake of Peace do the right thing and admit that you were wrong!

Star Wars.com: Cool April Fools!

Any Star wars fan who logged on to the official www.starwars.com was met by the coolest April Fools joke on the net as Lucasfilm Altered the site to 1979

Gone was Episode II select, Magazine reviews and latest news, instead there was Episode V select (with an image from Empire Strikes Back which was still in production at the time), a review of the latest Bantha Tracks (official fan club magazine of the time).

But the coolest was the banner which read Episode I through IX a reference to the originally planned 9 part saga!
