I was in Charlotte for the running of the Winston and would like to say that Steve did an awesome job. His car was handling perfectly and was running the fastest on the track the majority of the night. Even after he got into some minor trouble(thanks to Gordon), the car was still flying! It was great to see him running strong and up front like he used to do in the modifieds around new england. It's too bad that fat boy nemecheck couldn't keep his cool. I hope Steve can get a car running just a strong or the 600......and put the #33 into the wall!

This is a great site and enjoy it all the time. Steve Park is the man and the best in my book. He is just coming of his best career finish on my birthday and that wasn't just a coinsidence because I like him so much. It was the best birthday present eve . I have supproted Steve since he began driving for Dale & Theresa Earnhardt. I remember going to Nazareth, Pa. for the Busch races in the mid 90's & seeing Steve run the Featherlite Mod. Series. I recall in July of 1997 after qualifying at Pocono in the urger King car, Steve came to the Burger King in Williamsport, PA. I went from the track to home & picked up my memorabilia & went to meet him. There were only about five people there & he signed everything I had & took a lot of pictures. I met steve in july of last year. i was waiting in line for about an hour before he came. the people in front of me had an expensive 1:24 scale car. the dad gave the kid it to hold and the kid dropped it! It smashed to pieces. then a man said," you have t get him to sign the pieces." We were almost to him when my mom dropped the camera. I was ready to get my picture taken when the camera wouldn't work. He keep saying," keep trying. seeif it'll work." it never worked. we were holding up the line so he told us to stand on side till we got the camera working so we could take a picture. I WANT A PICTURE OF HIM SOOOO BAD! later we found out why it wasn't working. a little earlier my dad got his picture taken with a HOOTER girl on the camera. ( he cursed it! now i'm mad at him for live!)

This site is great, keep up the good work! Met Steve last year at the World of Wheels in Boston and he was very gracious, he seems like a very sweet guy. I hope he comes back again this year, it's nice to see the drivers up north once and a while. I've been keeping my eye on him since he drove the Burger King car and he's been doing awesome, he's destined for a win next year. Keep up the great work Steve, you guys are pulling all the right strings lately. Thanks for creating such a great web site. I visit it everyday just so I keep up on the latest news. :) Congrats to Steve and the team after a great finish at Darlington.
