Bands we've played with.

Butthole Surfers. We were playing baseball and I forgot to watch

them or meet them; too bad.

Cheater Slicks.Good guys/ way rawkin'.

Nar Malik. A favorite Austrian Band.
Butthole Surfers. Another sight worth checking.

Pete Weis Rock Band. A favorite Boston Band.
They Might Be Giants. I felt sorry for these guys;playing that nursery
rythme stuff. They seemed not to happy with it either.
They certainly are nice folks.

Ramones. It is a sad story. When we played with 'em,
I was at the height of Ramonesmaina;
convinced that Joey was the best songwriter in the world,( 7-11).
But he couldn't even speak, and his hands were purple.
Sad. I'm surprized that he is still alive.

SeBADoh. Top notch live and studio band. Good persons and great
ideas. Played tons of shows and never got bored of them.

Los Lobos. I missed their set, but they were friendly backstage.

Tocotronic. An interesting teenage lo-fi, all german band.
I liked them, although it would be hard to say they were "good".

Smog. Bill Callahan is a wonderful person, if a little hard to.
get talking We all get that way. I had a good time touring with the .
whole band,(including Ms.Dal). Smog makes good,
helpful music: although his record label was a little cold.

Bosstones(Mighty Mighty). I was not impressed with them. .
Maybe they are bad ska and good punk.
I remember Dicky from DYS,(1983?), and he couldn't sing then either.

Blues traveler. I don't dig this crap at all.
The songs are catchy, but i still hate it.
They opened for us!(NO LINK).

Dinosaur Jr. J is not a bad guy, funny sometimes even.
Live, I never really got it, but "Greenmind" is one of those Great albums.

Buffalo tom. Played lots of show early on with them.

Most everybody else did. Their new record is not really happenin', like their past efforts.
I think they know this though and are trying for a bigger audience. .
I consider them friends.

Dead Kennedys. This was a peachy moment for me.
A young punk rocker chatting with Jello Biafra backstage, about 1982..
He told us not to drink.
He was working out. Very possitive dude..
Awesome show. Important band.

ben folds five, good stuff.
Elliot smith, I dig it.
Pixies, YES. This is it.
