Interview With Front Row Fanz back when he was 12.
FRF: FIRST CAN YOU INTRODUCE YOURSELF?
Stevie: My name is Stevie Brock, I'm a 12 year old singer from Dayton, Ohio.
WHAT MADE YOU WANT TO BECOME A SINGER?
My grandpa used to sit me on his lap and strum the guitar. We would sing together. I think that's what really inspired me.
HOW DID YOU GET STARTED?
Well, I was at a party for B2K and PYT. It was an after party for a photo shoot. I met with PYT's manager. She was really cool, and I sang for her. Well, we started talking and all of a sudden started working together. And then, I'm with WIRE [Records].
WHO ARE SOME OF YOUR INFLUENCES?
I would have to say Justin Timberlake by far.
IS THERE ANY CERTAIN REASON WHY YOU LIKE JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE?
I really like his music. And he's a really cool guy. I have met him twice and he's really cool.
HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOUR STYLE?
Very upbeat pop. It's Nsync style...let's justsay that.
WHAT'S YOUR FAVORITE SONG OFF THE ALBUM?
My favorite song off the album is "If You Be My Baby."
WHAT SONG DO YOU LOVE PERFORMING LIVE?
Probably "Never Want To Give You Up" because I can showcase my vocals and my dancing.
HOW DID YOU REACT WHEN YOU RECORDED FOR THE FIRST TIME? WHAT WAS IT LIKE WORKING WITH TRIPLE IMAGE?
They were really cool...really really cool. Really fun to work with. I wasn't in the recording studio with them, though. I did my own part and then met with them when I was done. But, it was really cool working with them.
IF YOU COULD WORK WITH ANYONE, WHO WOULD IT BE?
[cheesy grin] Justin Timberlake. Or USHER! He seems....he's a really awesome dancer.
SO YOU'RE MET UP WITH JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE. HAS HE GIVEN YOU ANY GOOD ADVICE?
Yeah, he has. When you write songs, actually write them down. He said he has written so many songs and just forgot them because he didn't write them down or record them or anything.
HOW HAVE YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY REACTED TO YOUR STARDOM?
At first they were kind of iffy about it because I was traveling so much and they were like "Where's Stevie?"... "Oh he's on the other side of the country." You know. But they're really used to it now and very supportive of what I do. They just do everything for me.
DO YOU KNOW WHAT YOUR NEXT SINGLE WILL BE?
My next single is actually "Never Want To Give You Up."
WHERE DO YOU SEE YOURSELF IN THE FUTURE?
Hopefully doing movies. And I would like to be as successful as Justin Timberlake.
WHAT ADVICE DO YOU HAVE FOR KIDS WANTING TO BECOME STARS?
Let's see...practice practice practice and when you're done with that, do a little more practicing and then do a little bit more practicing.
HAVE YOU HAD ANY CRAZY OR SCARY FAN ENCOUNTERS?
One day  I went to school, and everyone was like "Someone just licked your locker!" I was like "What?! Oh man..." So we sprayed it down with some Lysol.
[EVERYONE LAUGHS]
Yeah it was scary at times.
IS THERE ANYTHING YOU'D LIKE TO SAY TO YOUR FANS?
My fans are #1 in my career. And they are the best fans anyone could ever have. They BROCK. I just...I love 'em.
